Hotel Bari International

After booking confirmation when I arrived at hotel and asked for room they told me that there were no room available and ask me to call Oyo customer care to change the hotel. So I cancelled that one and start searching for another one at that time the receptionist told me that a room was available costing 1000 rupees. I was in a hurry so I paid her 1000 and checked into the room. But the room was very very bad. I never expected that. In my life time I never experienced such bad thing. At first there was no key of the room. The door was not being opened or closed smoothly. There is no lock in washroom door from outside. There is no phone to order food. Bed was so dirty and having strain on it. The head rest of the bed was teared. There was no fan. Window was partially broken. There was no towel. There was no soap. Washroom flush was not working. The washroom along with the room was smelling so bad. The receptionist's behaviour was so rude. I have all the photos as proof with me.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life. They take extra 200rs for room. There is no TV in the room, telephone not working. if you have to order some food, u have to go to the reception. In check in time u have to wait min 30 min in reception area. Bathroom is very dirty. The latrine pan is not working. There is a cupboard in room😃 it's also broken. Thank God the ac is working properly. Without ac everything is bad. Don't order any food. food quality is extremely bad. i have strongly recommend don't go to this hotel. I have told him to change my room but they didn't respond. Staff behaviour average. I am posting every details about the room with photos.

1. Room was untidy and foul smell was coming. 2. Bathroom lock was not present to lock thr door. 3. Bedsheet had stains on it. 4. No privacy at all, as the room lock was not working, easily anyone can open the door without keys. 5. No fan was there in the room. 6. Lady receptionist was completely rude, adamant and unprofessional, and did not address our issues after raising our concern. 7. Not at all recommended and the hotel should fire the receptionist, no manners at all. I have the proof of everything, I will lodge a complaint in Consumer court if my issue does not get resloved

Such a worst hotel that i have seen in my life. The staff is very arrogant and indecency. And OYO services is getting down day by day. The staff is like they took extra 307/- apart from rent and alloted room in 3rd floor. After paying money they told that lift is not working. before paying also about the AC. After check in to room i got to know that the AC and TV is also not working. Room condition is very very worst. Better to run a illegal business there. No cleaning no service there behavior is also not convenience able atleast. Too worst service.

Most unhygienic hotel I have ever seen in my life. Worst room service or you can say no room services provided by them. The rooms are not clean enough and another horrible thing was there are lots of cockroches and mosquitoes roaming around the room . TV, Ac , telephone was not working at all . Worst hotel to stay.

Don't get carried away by seeing the room photos in reviews. The rooms we got in top floor was worst, bathrooms taps leaking, no water pressure, seepage in walls, rooms were dated and not maintained properly atleast in the rooms we were offered. Though the hotel staff was courteous to help when needed, such kind of rooms should not be offered for guests who pay premium price to stay. Not fit for family to stay with such a condition of rooms. Management should look into this and ensure all rooms are cleaned and fixed as needed or else you will surely lose business.

Bed was bug infested. And next day I had body pain. Worst maintained rooms.
