OYO HOTEL SATYA INN

I booked two rooms. Out of which AC and fan did not working through. The house keeper told that there is no room. So you have to adjust. I called oyo call center in morning. They refund me one fourth of booking amount in oyo money form shall i go to rbi to convert it to real money. Pathetic sevice and rude behaved manager. OYO is that only. Pathetic.....

I had a ridiculous experience in Satya homes, the rooms were too dirty, lizards and cockroaches were all around, the floor was too bad and the workers behaved very badly. It was deadly place. A horrifying and terrible place

So, I had stayed there for the night and I had to leave for airport early morning. Let me share the pathetic inconvenience i have experienced. Initially I had booked some other guest house and when I reach there, the receptionist asked 500rs more. I called the customer care and he apologized at first but he booked this guest house for me from his side. Also he took 143rs from me as a confirmation. I had to travel again for 7km and was tensed. After reaching here in Satya homes, the property manager denied the booking request by saying that we take more money and if you have booked from Oyo then you have to pay extra. However i convinced him and gave some extra amount to stay there. The night I stayed there was awful. In morning while I was rushing to check out, the receptionist kept waiting me for 39 minutes intentionally. This guest house is definitely not recommended.

The rooms are average and may improve there cleanliness. Bedsheet was not upto the mark like arbitrary arrangement. The bathroom are too small.ceiling fan was not working. It's little away from the road. Noise free area. The bathroom experience is awful that the flush is not working properly. Kind request to staff that please atleast check your services before you offer hospitality. We booked from Oyo so it's little cheaper than you book from the offline. Temporarily the shortcut road is under construction so you may feel difficulty and you have to go from cosmoplis area.

Very rude behaviour by management and they charged extra 200 rupees from our booking price. otherwise they didn't not provide us a good room. they said if we don't pay extra money then they will cancel our booking. how can we accept that ? a person came from long way and they are facing these kind of problem, how is it acceptable? please don't go to this Oyo you will be face problems and aslo bathroom is not good. flush not working

they gave us a room with no attached bathroom. our next room was given to 4-5 boys who kept on drinking and smoking. we were not able to use the washroom at night. it was so uncomfortable and unsafe for me to stay with my gf. when we asked to change the owner didn't change the room. we were allotted room number 310 by oyo but he gave us 204. very very disappointed
