My overall experience is quite good with this hotel...just loved the their service 💗

The service and hospitality is very very poor. The rooms were not clean at all and even afte telling to clean them, the staff members weren't that competent enough to do it again properly. The service is also too slow and the overall cleanliness is also poor as there were dirty laundry sheets in the corridors which didn't give a good living experience as well.

The room was good, but the service was poor , they didn't provide any towel, and we book the classic room with complimentary lunch , so I asked in the reception weather it was for two or one person... He told that they will provide 1 plate of biriyani which will be sufficient for two person, easily two person can eat , so I confirmed them, but at the time of lunch we got a plate of biriyani which will be sufficient for a single person only, so why they do give offers like that which they can't avail. Such a terrible situation...

I don’t know on what basis 4.3 stars are received! In terms of room cleanliness, hygiene very poorly maintained. Hotel services and response from the staff was very poor.It was really an unpleasant stay and I would never recommend anyone this place.

Nightmare on every front! My booking experience here was an absolute disaster. Here's why: 1.Hygiene? Non-existent! Inside and out, the place reeked of neglect. Overflowing garbage outside attracted mosquitoes, while inside, dirty linens were on the floor of 1st floor. And when asked for room service the reply was “There is no room service as we don’t have staff at the moment “. 2.The rooms were Filthy. Stains, hairs, and unmentionables greeted us. Clearly, cleaning before the next guest was not a priority. 3.Despite supposed restaurant tie-ups, we had to resort to Zomato to order for breakfast. 4.Cancellation? Zero refund, and the receptionist’s Mr Prahlad thug-like threats were cherry on top. 5.Management? The worst I have seen so far. No ID check, no receipt, and a four-hour wait for a cancellation receipt. Avoid this place like the plague. The manager even admitted they don't care about customer feedback and reviews. Enough said.

The hotel is at very great location.. staff was polite and caring. The lobby, common area and room, everything is so properly maintained..My whole experience has been amazing. I would definitely come back again...

Nice room and facilities all staff are very help full. Room clean and clear very nice experience. I have told all of u visit emerald inn very nice 👍 hotel

Loved the property and the services. Highly recommend for family and friends. We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at the property, had an amazing time. We decided to extend our stay from initial 2 days to 6 days. And the best part is location, there is supermarkets and restaurants to visit near by.
