Treebo Sidhartha Elite

My stay at Hotel Siddharth Elite by Treebo was truly disappointing, and unfortunately, it ranks among the worst experiences I’ve had, especially with a Treebo property. The staff were shockingly rude and unhelpful. They seemed uninterested in their guests and lacked basic courtesy. Every time we made a request, it was met with a dismissive attitude, as if we were inconveniencing them just by being there. The condition of the rooms was just as bad. They were outdated, poorly maintained, and nothing like the pictures online. Cleanliness was definitely lacking, and the whole atmosphere felt unwelcoming. To make things worse, the food was terrible. It was bland, lacked freshness, and was nowhere near the quality you’d expect for what we paid. In short, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service, bad food, and uncomfortable rooms made for a very disappointing experience. Treebo should really reconsider keeping this property under their brand if they care about their reputation.

It was honestly one of my worst experiences. From the moment I checked in, it was disappointing. My room was in very bad condition—there were dirty linens, and it had a strange musty smell. It was clear that the place needed some serious upkeep. The amenities they advertised were practically nonexistent; the Wi-Fi barely worked, and the breakfast was a letdown—stale bread and limited options. To make matters worse, the staff is really pathetic as they can access the hotels rooms anytime with the master key and duplicate key to stole the personal things of the guest . I left feeling exhausted and frustrated. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I wish I had chosen somewhere else for my stay. I must strongly recommend to all the females to not stay with or without family in this hotel as it is not safe to stay in this property as hotel staff can access your room with master key with nonsense excuses like room cleaning, food serving and Pest control etc... Will take action against this

Average room, with all required facilities, room was clean , nearby to dn regalia mall and highway, All staffs are good and also provide all types of services as mentioned in treebo app. As treebo app provides outstanding room as show exactly in app as compared to other hotel booking app.

The interiors were outdated and poorly maintained, and they looked nothing like the photos online. Cleanliness was a major issue, and the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming.||The food was another letdown. It was of poor quality, lacked flavor, and didn’t feel fresh—definitely not what we expected for the price.||In summary, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The poor service, bad food, and uncomfortable rooms made for a thoroughly unpleasant stay. Treebo should seriously reconsider their association with this property if they value their reputation.

Thus hotel is adjacent to highway and inside a compounded property. It's quite a new building and rooms are built with enough space for reasonable comfort. Parking might be tight have limited space and somehow can be manage. There is a adjacent building which house another hotel Siddhartha Residency and below it you have a common restaurant. Coming to stay the reception area was air conditioned, had sofas and receptionist welcomed with smile and helped with checkin formalities, stay was comfortable. Bed was good and so was bathroom. You have to use geyser for hot water. You also get a balcony with chairs for quick relaxing. Food was good and priced very modest. Overall it worth the money and full paisa vasool. High recommended to stay here.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at the Treebo hotel in Bhubaneswar. As a frequent traveler and a loyal patron of Treebo hotels, I was taken aback by the conditions during my stay. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that significantly affected my experience: The bedsheets were dirty, and there were stains on the pillows. The drinking water provided was unclean. The service was exceedingly slow, which added to my dissatisfaction. Most concerning was the fact that hotel staff entered the room using a master key without consent. These issues are not reflective of the quality I have come to expect from Treebo hotels. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future guests.

Rooms spacious,neat and clean, daily cleaning done. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast being repeated menu. Some fresh fruits and other dishes like idli, poha may be introduced

Just on the Highway, the location is perfect for night stay during travel. The staffs are polite and calm and do their work professionally.
