NillOYO Collection O 30111 Hotel Miland Palace has gone from worse to worst. At check out one of the smart staff took my mobile rated hotel as 5 Starts on OYO app and started guiding me about how utilize OYO money..... I am feeling like cheated because of this. This event compelled me to write a review on google. I experienced new and fine linen and towel that's all. I stayed at room 203 where TV / set top box is not functional, Bathroom fixtures are quite old , broken and non functional, Cupboard is full of dirt. Food price at Hotel is at par with any of the best hotels of Bhubaneshwar but quantity and quality of food is much poor than road side eatries - utensils are quite old, scratched and ill shaped you will feel like beggers. Food bills can be settled by Cash only - card payment for food bills is not accepted by Hotel. The food bills contains 10 % additional Service Charge without Customer's Concent by OYO Collection O 30111 Hotel Miland Palace, although such acts are prohibited as per govt. norms but this property is beyond..... In breakfast only upma and vadaa sambar is available eat it or leave it - I was informed that for anything else e.g. bread omellete it will be charged on ala cart basis and considering my last dinner experience it will not recommend to go for ala cart breakfast. Over all I would not prefer and recommend Collection O 30111 Hotel Miland Palace rather hotels around this are better value for money.

NillOyo has done good thing. Hotel property people wants avoid Oyo guests in season as much as possible. Even we are directed to go to a near by hotel rather occupying the booking accommodation. We just wondered why they are denying guests? They want to sell same room for higher price in one market. We had to accommodate an extra guest and simply they denied room in the mid night. Worst treatment for OYO guests by property owners.

NillHygienic room quality and bathroom so small.oyo fully cheated with customer. So and app showing room good quality but not provide this room worst for money.

NillOsm hotel to stay.staff are really helpful and friendly.i am the first customer of the hotel so they offered me coke also.neet and clean rooms and everything is in systematic.simply best hotel in my life.
