The service and behavior of the staff at this hotel are very disappointing. They seem focused on extracting money from customers at any cost, which is frustrating. The receptionist, in particular, is very rude. Additionally, the pillows and bedsheets are not clean.

Room are clean but as per prices size is some smaller. Stay for 3 days over all experience is good.

I didn’t like anything. This place was so disgusting. Bugs everywhere, horrible customer service, worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY. They are such a misbehaving staff and the receptionist is the very worst man I have ever seen. Plzz I request you don't book here go for another hotel.

Room are too small then their prize it's too expensive and room are small room service always disturb and under bed soo much dust this their room service is soo bad not clean under beds very dirty bathroom also

This is the very worst hotel with high cost...the receptionist is a lier, when I asked him for bike parking he told me to put your bike in a private stand. We don't allow any vehicle in our hotel ground floor...... After requesting so many times he denied.... The room is not spacious, bedsheet is not clean, no ventilation in the room....... Please don't visit the hotel..... Their commitment has zero value.
