The Midland

Very dirty hotel. The tour company that gave us the hotel for 6 ladies should have checked the hotel room. The bedsheets in the room of Hotel Midland were used. Even after they cleaned the bed after leaving, there were cockroaches crawling on the bed. There was a dirty smell from the entry to the lift area, there was no cleanliness. There is no hot water facility in the bathroom as there is no geyser, my 80 year old mother had to take a bath with cold water in such cold weather. The door of the room is great. In short, if you have a family, then I will never suggest this hotel. At least you need to see how the people who come to you for tourism from other states (we are from Maharashtra Mumbai) will be satisfied. I thought this hotel should be famous only for couples.attached video after room cleaning. I have given one star because no option proceed for review.

Most of the positive reviews here are paid. This is One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in! The rooms were dirty and they don’t even change the bed sheet on request. The bed sheet was full of blood stains. The shower in the washroom was broken. You can’t have outside food but they will get it from outside for you! The receptionist named Rahul is a kid. He doesn’t have the minimum training to greet and welcome a guest! Only plus point is the location of the hotel. The hotel is not at all maintained by the owner! There are far better alternatives just beside it. Value of money is negative here.

Very poor service. Unprofessional and rude staff who lack basic etiquettes. Blood sheets are stained badly with blood and other body fluids. The cupboard almost fell on me when I tried opening its doors. AC was faulty and didn't effectively cool the room. Food is bad and so is the ambience. Please go find other alternatives. Not worth a stay.

Rooms are good, but the walls are lil dirty. Location is also somewhere middle. But quite near to the railway station
