This is the worst hotel I have ever experienced. My personal experience was extremely bad. The owner tries to cheat customers by quoting much higher prices offline compared to online, and then insists that checkout is at 12 noon as per their so-called "standard policy," even though they charge for 24 hours. Online prices are much cheaper, but offline they demand more. When I questioned this unfair practice, the owner went to the extent of locking me inside a room at midnight (12:00 AM), which was shocking and completely unacceptable. Later, he forcibly collected one extra day’s charges from me before finally unlocking the gate after more than an hour. Such behaviour is unprofessional, unsafe, and unethical. If I had not been in Bhubaneswar for medical reasons, I would have taken strict legal action against this hotel and its owner. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this property for your own safety and peace of mind.

For single day AIIMS visit, this hotel or home stay is good. I will not say that walking distance from AIIMS main gate but you can walk if necessary. Food or cooking arrengements both are not available. Out side road is very bad during monsoon season. Owner is very strict regarding smoking inside the room. If you smoke inside the room he can't give that room in rent for 10 days due to smell, as per his logic. Smoking is not good thing, i personally admire smoking restrictions, but you can't smoke inside the room?? what is the logic. Although giving 3 star due to the service boy, he is very helpful in nature.

Worst possible experience. I checked in 2 pm and checked out next day 8 pm. They charged me Rs 3400. Ac was not working properly. TV not working. Room is smelling. Dirty corridor. Cigarettes in bathroom. No wifi inside room. Come to reception to access wifi. Very remote location with lot of pot holes on the way. Many lakes full of water on the way. No good option to eat near the stay.

I was staying there because of a medical case at AIIMS, and I had a patient with me. Despite my condition, the receptionist kept harassing me daily, asking for alcohol money and behaving very unprofessionally. This hotel targets helpless patients and their families who come to AIIMS for treatment. In the evenings, their staff even stands near AIIMS gate to trap people and exploit them. Prices here are not fixed – the same room is given to someone for ₹900, someone else for ₹1200, and even up to ₹1500 depending on the situation. Warning: Please do not get misled by the online ratings and reviews. If you are coming to AIIMS for treatment, this hotel is not safe and not suitable at all.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional and owner Pritam Mishra too.The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere—perfect for a good night’s sleep. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and local attractions, yet still peaceful. @shiv shankar Das was very helpful guy he also guide me to visit doctor appointment in AIIMS hospital and very informative. Also I would suggest other guest to come and enjoy this place.

If you want cheap non ac rooms it's okay, never stay in their ac rooms, and don't rely on their service because you will get none... There are tons of good hotels nearby...please choose them....
