Super Collection O Aryan hotel

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The lack of cleanliness was appalling, and it was clear that hygiene is not a priority here. the staff's attitude was equally unacceptable -disrespectful, unresponsive and uncooperative when dealing with even the simplest of queries. To make matters worse , I realised that I had left my charger at the hotel. Despite contacting them multiple times to address this. they completely ignored my concern and have not responded at all. The food is equally disappointing - poorly cooked and almost inedible. this place fails to meet even basic expectations of a decent stay. I would not recommend this hotel. It's not worth your time or money!

Service is excellent as people are good. It's better to visit the hotel and book. Reasonable price. Rooms are good, neat and hygiene. They have canteen but is closed after 10:00 mostly. Food is also good

Worst hotel. No facility,asked for nonsmoking room but Room was smelling very bad. Approach road was very bad,they say it's a family hotel but one doesn't feel safe it looks very shady place . Booked through Agoda that is also a hopeless site . We paid for 5 days stay but couldn't stay for 1 hour we just vacated. No refund not able to contact Agoda . Absolutely hopeless place .

Location is good . Rooms are average. But there behavior was not good . We reached there by 11pm . There kichen was closed . So they told us they will provide plates if we took food from outside .after booking we took food from outside and They refuse to give plates to eat food . When we asked they told they haven't . Before booking and after booking what a drastic change in them. Will not recommend

Not at all reliable. Booked through OYO and they denied because of low tariff charges. And have taken advance and didn't even refund. They don't even responded properly to the OYO itself as well as the OYO guys didn't respond properly. Totally weird and moreover the guy in reception was drunk like in the early morning. 🤦‍♀️ Very unprofessional.
