Hotel Hindusthan International Bhubaneswar

We had a reception ceremony organised here We were promised rooms together as a wedding party in the first building during a conversation done with the team 2+ months in advance to the event. But no we were given rooms all over the place Half of the rooms were in the block at the back which are terrible. They are unclean, mouldy and dusty. They are also smelly. The bathroom is unclean and had so much mould. No ventilation. They then moved some of the rooms to the middle building which though slightly cleaner, were not what we were promised. Half our time at the facility was spent in trying to get the promised services (which we didn't get). The settings for the event were ok but there was dust everywhere in the halls. Even the main chair on the stage is dirty The only saving grace was the food which is good

4 star hotel rating so I expect 4 star service. I was accidentally charged for a service - not an issue but it has been 4 days and I am yet to receive a refund or even a call back from you guys. Rooms and location are good but 4 star rating should turn to 4 star service as well

The hotel is good and they provide a great range of eatables in the breakfast. The staff is quite friendly and the house keeping guys does a good job in tidying the rooms. The place is accessible and you can also walk around to go to the nearby Ram Mandir and markets. The dinner is there till late at 10:30 pm.

Our Kolkata office colleagues stay. I am staying after long time. Hospitality is very nice and courteous. Food good. I liked the staff. Priyanka at loony is very helpful. Thanks for making my stay very comfortable

The property is old and aging. Rooms are ok but lack freshness. Location is very good as railway station is at walking distance and Airport is just 6 Km. The GyM was under repair. The Delitee category is very shabby and the building itself is at remote location near some exhaust. Royal Club room was ok but washroom needs improvement. Overall its an average property in heart of the city.

The front desk staff lacked training and organization. Despite making a reservation well in advance, they were unable to provide me with a room on time. There was no one present to welcome guests or assist in ensuring a smooth check-in process. This was my first experience where I had to wait for such a long time, only to be told to wait another half an hour to get the room. Initially, they even claimed that my name was not on the reservation list, leading to total confusion. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid choosing this hotel for their stay. Disappointed with the service, I immediately left and booked another hotel, where I was warmly welcomed and provided a room without any delay.

We have a wonderful experience in this hotel. The ambience and hospitality are really commendable. The room service is always on time. The House keeping and all others stuffs are very cooperative and courteous. The mouth watering foods give you full satisfaction for sure. Special thanks to the duty Manager Mr. Harekrishna for his tremendous support during the mishap we had faced .His kindness really touched my heart. Overall it was a great time and definitely worth staying in this luxurious hotel.
