Stayed here for 3 nights with family. Overall experience was very good. The hotel's location is good, rooms were very nicely maintained, washrooms were clean. Food was very good but pricey!! The breakfast menu needs a little more attention. Only area that needs improvement is professionalism of staff, most of whom are very casual about everything. Service is late mostly. Hope they will surely improve this in course of time. Shall definitely visit again if we visit Keonjhar 😊

This town is only place with decent lodging option for a good 80KM range. The hotel have high standards for cleaning, good parking space, security, and food. It was exactly what I needed after a 550KM drive.

Very good hotel.. staff are very friendly...the mountain view from hotel room and conference hall is quite amazing.. Conference hall can accomodate nearly 80 person and equipped with centralized A.C. along with all arrangements. Rooms are quite luxurious with competitive price.

We visited Keonjhar for a two day trip and as per the review we chose this hotel for our stay. It really had some good reviews in Google. But we were disappointed with our choice. The price doesn't match with rooms/service/food. Everything needs to be improved, especially the food quality. The room was too simple in appearance and service was always late. We tried a lot of foods here and we think that the staffs need to work on improving the taste and quality of food.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. Would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. Looking forward to returning!

Rooms are so clean and cozy. Staffs are very cooperative. Food is so tasty and delicious. My stay was so comfortable. After checkout also they provided me a single room free of cost for another 3 hrs of stay. Hospitality is absolutely wonderful. Some other items like Bread butter, corn flakes and milk could have been added to breakfast. Otherwise it is sufficient. Hope to visit again

Our stay from 13/09/24 to 16/09/24 was disappointing due to unfair billing practices. Although we initially mentioned verbally that we might have 15 guests, only 13 actually checked in. We informed the staff multiple times that the extra 2 guests weren’t present, yet we were still forced to pay 50% of the charges for these non-existent guests. Despite raising the issue, no correction was made, and we ended up being overcharged. The facilities were decent, but this experience left a bad taste. Be cautious with the billing—make sure you’re not paying for people who aren’t there!
