HOTEL KUMAR HI LIFE

Kindly avoid this property at any cost,or stay at your own risk. I had to book the hotel since mine was a business travel and It was the only option showing in last minute. Such a horrible experience I never had in any hotel be it anywhere. 1. There is no parking at this price even. My vehicle had to be packed near road side with Zero safety. 2.The rooms were stinking asked for a room freshner they don't have it. The room had a lot of mosquitos Even after using all out. And let me tell you it was absolutely basic rooms nothing. 3k for single person (only room). 3.When I asked for vegetarian food the hotel staff asked me If he can bring something from outside. For breakfast he told me it will be sourced from outside vendors. So I didn't have food there. Now the most annoying part While check out I asked for bill since I got a text from the portal to collect the GST invoice. The guy said at reception machine is not working,he will share next day. Since then I am following from 48 hrs he is giving various stupid reason why he should not share me the invoice. After Multiple discussions he shared his manager number after 2 days,for that number someone else picked up call n said "Bhaiya nehi hai,baad me call kariye". What I can I say after this debacle.I have to submit the gst invoice to the organisation or else I may have to bear the full amount.

The room is good,small and cozy.Nicely lighting is placed.Bathroom is cleaned and spacious.Location is also nice but problem no parking at all.Thats way gave less rating. The food quality was good and tasty.The service and response is highly appreciated.

Costly but very average experience. Budget rooms are too small, even the deluxe rooms are not enough spacious. No parking in the hotel. No warm water. Food was very average, oily and no healthy options available. Service and cleanliness was below average considering the price. Location was convenient, within a market, but no natural views.

Although a very safe place to stay with family including kids, the rooms have all the modern facilities like AC, geyser and heater facilities; yet my overall rating is 2 * because of the overpayment in food bills.. food has to be pre-ordered and there is a long waiting time .... Since a meagre handful of staff manage the kitchen who don't understand other languages leading to wrong food selection... Also there is a problem of over-billing in food bills and total absence of provision of serving breakfast ... So, please be careful while choosing your food... Other than food issues, it's a nice place to stay...

Positives :- 1. Hotel is at prime location, besides main road. Google maps shows the correct location. 2. Staff is good and responsive, customer friendly. 3. Rooms are good, clean and well maintained. 4. Food is good as well. Negatives :- 1. Parking is an issue for 4 wheelers, either you have to park on road side Infront of the hotel (space for 3 vehicles) OR they have their 2 wheeler shop, big parking space at 1 km distance, a staff will go on 2 wheeler with you to the parking spot and bring you back to hotel after parking. 2. Bathrooms/toilets could be cleaner. But it's ok, not bad. 3. Rooms are located on 1st floor and restaurant at 2nd floor. No lifts for old people who cannot climb stairs. 4. Rooms could be cheaper, probably because of high demand rooms were priced high but I think they could be cheaper. They have single rooms for Rs 1200 and double occupancy rooms at Rs 2200 and Rs 3000 per night.

Food is Average Not That Woww Type Just Normal. Although Rates Are Too High As Compared To Other And Compared to Quality Of Food. I Think Shayd Mai Odisha Ka Nahi hu Toh Thoda Impartial Feel Hua In Service . I went here for lunch just after reading a recent review. Since i belong to North India So i was just looking if someone could provide me with Parantha but when i went there the concerned person said that we serve it in morning rest you will get everything. I asked about Freid Momos from Chinese they only had Chowmin. Then i ordered food which was normal.

Good property in a busy market junction. Rooms are good but small, bathroom was not clean. Food was average. The main problem is parking. The car was parked on the roadside.
