Very good experience at the hotel, especially at the Zaika restaurant. The room service as well as the overall service was really appreciable. Workers would also help anytime you call them even late at night or early in the morning. Overall it's a really good experience and a must visit place.

Staff behavior and food taste is very much good and additionally the hygiene of the restaurant is marvelous. Good place for family and friends also.

I had a pleasant experience in this hotel. The room that was allotted for us was neither great nor bad, it was a very basic room. Service was very very slow and not up to the mark, but behaviour of the stuff was polite and helpful. Restaurant of this hotel is the main attraction, foods were very fresh and tasty, the breakfast basket was so so delicious! They have a great cook! Location is very good, near to the station and a market is also nearby. It's ok to stay in this hotel.

The hotel location is good and seems to be in the heart of the city. The rooms are spacious but the only problem is the cupboard which is very near to the bed. Food is great except sweet corn soup ( order at your own risk 🙂) and cleanliness is also maintained properly. Quite disappointed with the room service as you have to call at least 2-3 times to get your query solved ( hot water was the problem in my case).
