Super Hotel O Sai Leela

The worst hotel stay that I ever had. The AC in the room was switched off 4 hours before my check out! This is totally unacceptable! There is no provision of cold drinking water in the room. Proximity to the tourist spots are very far. Behaviour of the hotel manager is horrible and very rude. She's screaming at customers. Didn't even allow me to take a shower post checkout as I had gone out to visit a few places. I requested her to allow me a short shower as I was drenched in sweat. She is not an asset for the hotel customers will wean away from this bad behavior. Please work on your hotel service badly.

The bed was too hard to sleep or even rest. The AC led was not working so i dont know on which mode or temp is set. No hand wash was kept in bathroom. Room was not cleaned as dust and webs were their on couch and tables.

We are bike riders,we came puri for pilgrim I have booked sail leela recidency by oyo the room was very nyc we got smooth and excellent service and location is near to jagannath temple easy access to temple and beach and cost also very reasonable staffs are polite and friendly but only one negative we reached stay at late night around 2.00 am and they said that check in time is 9.00 am to 8.00 am so that we took another room and waited till 9.00 am and we have check in if you are going at late night be aware of check in availablity other than that everything is good

Stayed for one night only ...Room was very dirty 😔 cockroaches were here and there 😔 bathroom was dirty so check out next day . Never book this hotel

Very decent hotel for the price. The owner is nice and with helping nature. Appreciate the property for the location and the price. Tea and coffee served with decent price and tasted excellent

Two stars for its cleanliness and location. But it doesn't have the amenities mentioned in app like mini fridge, Hair dryer. I stayed with my family for two days. I would rate super for its cleanliness, location and behaviour of staff. But it was not worth for the amount I had paid.

We have faced very bad experience at this stay. The reception staff was very rude and asking for extra charges without completing atleast 23 hours. There was no door mats. Booked for 3 persons and room accommodated was for two persons. Not suggesting for others. Lok for other options.
