Zero zero zero rating. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service, hospitality, and overall experience during my stay at Roopshree Bangla hotel. Unfortunately, my visit was far from satisfactory due to several issues that should not be expected from a reputed establishment. 1. Pathetic Service – The service was surprisingly slow, inefficient, and unresponsive. Basic requests were either ignored or took an unreasonably long time to be fulfilled. 2. Unprofessional Staff Behavior – The attitude of the hotel staffs were unprofessional and unaccommodating. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, they seemed indifferent and unwilling to help. 3. Substandard Food Quality – The food served was of poor quality, lacking freshness and taste. It did not meet even the basic hygiene and quality standards one would expect from a hotel. Additionally, the food was served in the mid-night that too uncooked . 4. Lack of Hospitality – Hospitality was completely missing. There was no warmth or effort from the staff to make the stay comfortable. Instead, the overall approach felt dismissive. I had high expectations, but the experience was utterly disappointing. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to prevent future guests from facing similar issues.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, with insects on the bedsheets, broken furniture, and unhygienic conditions, which completely contradicted the glowing reviews I saw online. Despite notifying the hotel in advance about my early check-in request (as I was traveling with a 1-year-old), they ignored my message and claimed they were unaware upon arrival. Additionally, the booking process was misleading – although it mentioned “Free Cancellation,” the hotel demanded 50% pre-payment after the reservation. We initially booked the hotel for 3 nights. But due to the terrible service we left the hotel after first night. But they didn't refund the extra amount. To make matters worse, I later discovered they posted a fake positive review under my booking ID without my consent, which is fraudulent and unethical. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I have also attached the photographic evidences.

Worst hotel I have seen in life. I paid advance and then also they didn't gave me my room. I came from 2000KM from Pune With senior citizens. This is a fraud hotel never go to this hotel. All hotel in puri is good but not this one. This is the biggest fraud in puri. There are also adjacent hotels near it I recommended to go there.

Very bad Experience with this hotel. The rooms were found very bad in conditions. The rooms are not matched with the images, which was shows at the time of booking. The rooms, which was provided to us in the ground floor and very suffocated as well as smelled badly. The owner behaviour was too bad. I had requested to change my rooms but the owner didn’t cooperate with us. Lastly I had changed the hotel with the other one. I requested the owner to refund at least 50% of the advance amount but the owner denied to return the money. I have loss of Rs. 10,000/- of advance payment. I have travelled frequently, but didn’t see that type of bad hotel. They charged so high and didn’t provide good rooms. so I can't recommended anyone to book the hotel. Some family, who were checkout the rooms that day are also give us same review. THE HOTEL IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE Bathroom locks were broken. Worst hotel ever. Fraud of high standard through booking.com as well as hotel owner. It was my wrong decision to book this property without studying the reviews. I don't found not a single thing good here at all.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! Our stay at Hotel Rupashree Bangala, Puri was a complete disaster. If possible, we would give it negative stars.||The hotel's cleanliness was subpar, and the constant construction noise was disturbing. There was no generator backup, and the toilets were tiny.||Our room, B03, had a noisy fan and a non-functional AC. To top it off, there was no staff available after 11 pm to assist with our issues.||The service was also poor. We ordered tea, which arrived cold and delayed. The next time, the milk was spoiled.||Due to these issues, we canceled our second-day booking and checked out. Unfortunately, the reception didn't even discuss a refund or show any concern.||To add insult to injury, (website) had not clearly mentioned that the prices were excluding tax. The reception didn't have a printout of the final payment, and after a lot of insistence, they provided a handwritten receipt that mentioned the additional tax.||The hotel is NOT WORTH THE PRICE. We would strongly advise against booking this hotel. Look elsewhere for a better experience.

Very bad condition of hotel and service. Rooms were not maintained well, doors jammed, bathroom drain jammed. Very bad condition even they donot have electricity, running on generator. Very bad condition, won't recommend to anyone. After all this they forced us to pay full price.

WORST HOTEL in the world. Worst than even the railway station platform. No service. No respect. No hygiene. No food. No water purifier. Non ventilation rooms. Don't even choose this even if it's Free of cost. It will spoil your trip. Be aware of this scam.

Horrible experience...rooms were smelling floor tiles were sticky. Floor Tiles were broken no crockery items were there in the room. Even water bottles were not provided from the hotel. Rooms were full of mosquitos and hotel staffs were unable to provide mosquito repellent.. pathetic sleepless nights. Manger is very rude and mannerless shameless
