Hotel satwika

I recently stayed in this hotel, and I must say, I was quite taken aback by the attitude of front desk staff. Their arrogance was not only unwarranted but also unacceptable. During my stay here, I was met with a dismissive attitude. It’s disappointing to see staff members who seem to believe they are doing guests a favor simply by being present. This level of condescension is not what one would expect from any hotel staff.

service is very bad... Hotel staff is so rude especially the person who is at the receptionist is so arrogant... Also They try to charge more money from us... Rooms are good...

Please avoid staying. My friend left his pant in the hotel and when we returned to get it back after 2-3 hours they are saying only belt is there. They also demanded extra money as we were late while checking out although we checked in at late night.

The rooms are comfortable. The hotel is in a convenient location. The hotel was a lovely place to stay.

Rooms were good ..but the management wasn't not good at all .. especially the one who was there as the receptionist..doesn't knows how to behave... Very disrespectful towards ladies .. screams and doesn't even accept his fault ..very arrogance behaviour .

Nice beutiful place but price are so high 1AC room for 2 people price 2000rs for 1 day 1night and room was clean nice service but in night there is no one available in the reception.

It's too good and Very Good Experience in Hotel Like If Evining come than you feel like home also near to beach 50mtr and housekeeping Services was excellent and Good Experience with Gyana Ji Nayak and he's wife is very helpful like they suggest Near by Which Food is and resturant it's to much help for Veg.food Also agin say Good Trip In Puri With Hotel Satwika They're Staff and owner it's very Good Full Nature Thank Again and i hope we meet you soon....🥰🥰♥️🤗
