Served stale dish at dinner with my guests. Immediately informed the manager. They accepted their fault and did not charge us but why at first place serve stale food to your guests who are paying you for it.

Worst services I ever seen in my life. Means no service. No one is asking about the drinking water availablity at Rooms. No Parking. Worst Quality of Foods. On the departure day, no one cares the timing also. We have waited 45 minutes for the Bill.

Poor service, no parking place, room service is very very bad, price is much more High as per room. When you order lunch, dinner they will serve after 1 hr.. excuse on TV recharge...u can call on reception but they will just assure you. AC remote r not available in room, u will directly off on in switch

Situated in OCL Market Complex, Rajgangpur this can be labelled as the only posh hotel in this area. Though the food is pretty so-so . We tried soup,baby corn, chilli chicken, butter naan,jeera rice . Most of the items come under the average category, nothing special to offer. The service is also not up to the mark . Hygiene is not being taken care of well enough. Due to no other option available, it's the only choice people have!

Room Experience: Quite a great hotel to stay, the Rooms are cheap here, and also they provide a separate couch with beds, They maintained decency very good, also seemed peaceful Restaurant experience: Not only rooms, food available here also comes at reasonable price range, enjoyed the taste, P.S.- you would be seeing some beautiful hand-made wooden carvings and arts around here.

I WENT WITH MY FRIENDS TO GIVE THEM PARTY AND WE ORDERED FOOD AT 7:00 PM AND THEY SERVE FOOD AT 9:10 PM.WE ORDERED CHOWMIEN AND MANCHURIAN THE CHOWMIEN WAS SAME AS MAGGIE AND MANCHURIAN THEY GIVE ONLY 2,3,4 PIECES EACH WE WERE 6 MEMBERS AND THE BILL WAS 1,300 rupees PLS DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL OR THIS HOTEL'S RESTAURANT PLSS I REQUEST YOU 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
