MAYFAIR Rourkela

The staff behaviour plus services were awesome even the food is great. I would love to visit again. I love the breakfast they are providing, it is the best breakfast anyone can get across different hotels. I have been to many hotels but Mayfair is totally different from the other group of hotels

It's the day of Onam special and dishes are fantastic . Authentic taste as we used to have back in Kerala |Master chef Rajesh is very good and cooperative.. Sujit also is very nice .|Service boy Sanjay also is polite and excellent..........|Restaurant manager Shiva is awesome.....

Manager and Team served us very well and professionally during my stay (planned for 4 nights…still in middle of stay). The Chefs created authentic Indian cuisine. Rajni Ekka was outstanding in her service in the breakfast room

Returned to Mayfair Rourkela for the second time. Absolutely lovely place to be. Hospitality is on point. Comfortable and cozy rooms with perfect amenities. Lovely pool surrounded by trees. As a matter of fact, the entire property is covered by greenery. Food was a bit pricey but it makes up for it in taste. This place will be on my top of my recommendation list.

Nice property in the steel city of Rourkela. Though the property is old, it is maintained very well. Renovation work is in progress during our visit. First floor rooms are accessible by staircase.Rooms are spacious and neat. Housekeeping service is good. Breakfast spread is moderate and A la carte dinner food is good. Swimming pool is available.

Mayfair is a unique chain of hotels started from Rourkela and now across Odisha and some parts of India. This is a great property to enjoy just dinners, breakfast and also stay experience. In a main road like place the offerings are pretty vibrant and gives a resort like feeling with calm and quiet vibes.

I paid a recent visit to Rourkela and the stay at MayFair was more than fulfilling. I wish to visit the city once again just be spend a day at the hotel. The ambience, the cleanliness, the food, the politeness and the warmth of the staff is worth cherishing. Special mention about Rajesh Padhi at the reception who made our stay even more memorable.

The place is very beautiful. The position and surroundings of the place are beautiful. I appreciate the management. The use of different sculptures are also enhancing the beauty. This was my first visit. As per the brand I feel a little disappointed in the service. The behaviour of the waiter was a little rude. We waited 5 minutes for the finger bowl to wash our hands and we got after telling. However, the overall experience was very good.
