Hotel Friends

Am giving it only 2 stars because only its outer look is neat and clean but rooms are not much well dressed. If you ever checked some rooms like no.105 it's very dirty one. It's floors and walls near it were very dirty ,the door were detected. bathroom facilities were not good as the east basins pipe connection was not even attached properly. Even it's having large beds but bedsheets were very untidy. Staffs behaviour were not much good accept one old man. Hope will change it because the price worth a little more tidiness.

I didn't took ac room so this review is about non ac room. The electricity went off regularly, bedsheets are not clean, TV not working, they give a space just for survival.

The hotel is very good for people wanted room in budget. You get a very good assistance from two people working there. They will help you buying and arranging Everything like food for party.

Pros- very near to railway station.. staffs behavior is good.. reasonable. Rooms size good. Cons-frequent power cut. Lift max time doest work.

Rooms are old but if we talk about cleaning that is good and staff is also good. Location is also near to rourkela junction. Easy to find this property.

House keeping service is very bad, but management team is well & good. Rooms r too small. Communication is very Good...
