OYO 75956 Hotel Grand

Rooms are not clean, rude behavior from the staff. They charge more if you booked directly at hotel. They even argued for hotel policy and all which was nothing written there. TV, Shower, Telephone doesn't work. Don't go there, I wasted money there, don't waste money going there.

This hotel is situated in the heart of the city maximum 700 meter to Rourkela Railway station Rooms and Washroom are clean.Overall Good stay

Customer service is very bad.. rude behaviour of hotel staff is not acceptable. Please don’t waste your money in booking this hotel.

Room is at perfect location at it is near railway station. Room qauality is moderate , okay okay type. Service is better. Cleanliness is also okay.

Thieves!! Thieves!! Thieves!! I don't know how this hotel got over 3 stars on Google. It doesn't deserve even 1 star. Worst hotel with worse manager and staff. Don't chose this hotel even during emergency.. waste of money and time. I don't have pics or I would have posted that too. Dirty rooms, rude receptionist and Thieves who work there as staffs. One guy stole money from my uncle's pocket who came there to serve tea.

Bad. Hotel grand photo which is publicly shown and the room which we got are totally different. And the room bedsheets were damp due to cold and it was not changed so is bathrooms carpet and the fan regulator was not working.. That was on full speed. And door locks are very bad. Was very bad experience.

Worst management. Probably a scam hub. It pursued me for cancellation of my booking in the middle of my journey. Refund policy is not instant. And hotel manager is irresponsible. Try to avoid these kide of scammers.
