The Central Park

Very nice property located at central location. Specially want to mention here about their restaurant. It's very hygienic, nice ambience. Food quality and taste is excellent, every dish is cooked to perfection. We tried many veg & non-veg dishes and every dish is full of flavors and aroma. Service staff is courteous and provide fast service. Must go place for special occasions.

They do not understand the basic concepts of hospitality. Very disappointing staff,especially at the reception. Now coming to my stay, I had a train to catch after my checkout which was delayed by 6hrs. Although I requested for late checkout which they refused as per their hotel policy (not even an hour), that's still okay and i checked out and had to wait at the reception the whole day as there was nothing else to do and the city was also new for me. Even after complaining thrice, they didn't switch on the ac of the side of reception waiting area where I was sitting and every time told me its on, the last time when I lost my cool they accepted that the ac was off but still didn't do anything. I had to leave as I started feeling sick there, probably they wanted that only that I leave earlier. I cant believe this is a 4star hotel. At breakfast it took them 1/2hr for a cheese omelette and ice for juice. There could be delay for whatsoever reason, but have the decency to tell the customer that, you cant mislead every time I enquire.|In general ,room was okay & clean, although ac was put in such a way you need both fan & ac for room to cool. Food is nice, and quantity is ok for the price. Restaurant staff is courteous but succumb in rush hour.

The central park is near to the rourkela relway station. It's good option to stay for rourkela steel plant visitors. Hotel service and cleaning is good. It's is one of the good hotel near to the rourkela relway station for stay safely, because the campus is under cctv camera surveillance.food is also good breakfast facilities also available here.

Had booked a 2 night stay suit room, the first day we checked in at 2:30 and our room was provided to us after a lot of fighting at 4:15 pm. The hotel is fine and so is the location but the staff behaviour is nothing short of harassment especially the front desk lady. The manager is still kind but our overall experience was bad!

What a nonsense service you are providing. For the last 4 days, I have been waiting for a bill. On the 7th of June, I checked into the hotel for 2 days until the 9th of June. Unfortunately, due to a medical emergency, I had to check out the same day. Despite the medical emergency, you did not consider my case. I thought there was no problem since I had already paid the full amount, and I decided to let it go. However, since that day, I have been waiting for the bill. Every day, I am making 10 calls to get my bill, despite having paid the full amount. This is a completely terrible experience for me. If I do not receive the bill by the end of today, I will take legal action.

Deteriorating day by day. This is near Rourkela station and had very good food. Now the chinese that was served was very bad. They had filled the entire restaurant with some students (20 nos.) who were drinking and using fould language which gave us a headache. They don't need hot water function in the bathroom. Naturally the water comes out hot in soaring heat.

Nice Hotel near to station located in Udit Nagar market Staff is very courteous and rooms are also very spacious and nice with all the amenities. I stayed in Suite room and that room was very good. Book this hotel without doubt much better than so called known hotels. Food was very tasty and well economical Just a suggestion keep breakfast of normal guest separate from the bulk guest stayed for wedding
