Disappointing Stay with Multiple Issues We recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, had one of our worst experiences. We checked in late at 10:30 PM and were initially given room 410. After a disappointing dinner, we discovered that the AC was leaking, soaking the bed. Despite the staff's suggestion to lower the temperature to 18 degrees, the issue persisted, forcing us to move to room 409. The new room was smaller, yet we were charged the same rate. The problems didn’t end there. The commode was unstable, the fan was filthy, and the curtains were torn, allowing harsh sunlight into the room. The AC was poorly maintained, and the lift operated at a frustratingly slow pace. To top it off, the hotel failed to provide the free breakfast that was promised in their advertisement. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic standards, and our stay was far from comfortable. We hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve the experience for future guests.

-Worst hotel in Rourkela. Situated near to Railway station in a narrow alley. -Hotel staffs are rude, incompetent and service is pathetic. -Dilapidated rooms with zero maintenance. -No housekeeping provided. -They don't provide washed and cleaned bedsheets, pillow covers or blankets. They just cover up with used ones. Very dirty and smelly. -Lift doesn't work properly. You can get stuck in the lift which I experienced during my stay. Horrible feeling. -Guest grievances are ignored and any complain, will fall on deaf ears. -Exorbitant prices for the service and hospitality they provide.

The worst kind of staff |service I have ever seen and a very unpleasant stay. The hotel staff denied me to change the dirty bedsheets as I was about to check-out that day. She started complaining that bedsheets wouldn't dry because of humid climate and started picking a fight over that.

When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff. Our room was very nice and clean had a problem with the shower but was fixed promptly. Food was Delicious(you should try the Chicken Chilly,Highly recommended). entertainment not bad at all. If u want any excursions go to the market near the hotel his trips are fantastic. would stay again

Stayed in the Hotel on 30/10/2022. They provided the room in Ground Floor. * There is no mobile signal inside the room. To speak over phone come to the reception and getting signal. * No hot watter even this winter season. They said NON-AC rooms we don't provide hot watter.

Doesn't provides AC remote , hence you cannot adjust the comfort level to your choice. Food quality is OK and justified the price, i would rather appreciate the tawa roti quality. Room, toilets is not cleaned in between , only once in one or two days which is very much irritating. Only good things is its walking distance from Railway station

Bad smelly rooms, don't give proper bath kits like shampoo, soap, towels. for 2 persons they provide 1 soup and 1 Towel , i was booked from oyo apps still they extra charges for room rent.. Room service are not good food was good.. Tv are not working properly.. We request to manager to solve tv issues but they ignored.. For breckfst no proper food was available.. So think before book this hotel
