Hotel Dolphin

Location is Great, the hotel has all the amenities to make it a great hotel but they have some plumbing issues and need some renovations. The service quality has to improve. The manager Mr Mukherjee is a great personality n he is trying to make this a much better hotel.

The facilities are not upto the price. They wrote some price on their menu and put another price on the food bill. Thank God i remembered the actual price on the menu. When I questioned they told me that their was menu was not updated as an excuse. Other person told me that the price is higher when ordered to the room even though i had taken the food in the restaurant. After much hassle the issue was solved

The rooms is good and ambience is good. The bed is not comfortable it is too loose. When u suddenly fall on the bed it touch the bottom of the ply. The last I stay in Room no 407. I informed the issue at the reception. Overall the Hotel is within the budget and comfortable.

I am staying in dolphin hotel from last 20 days, service of this hotel is very poor, i have imformed many times on reception desk and restaurent regarding thire poor service, but they told me sir you are staying from long days so plz co-operate our service will be like this only. During breakfast they have only 2 waiter which deals with breakfast table and room services, now what happens waiters are fully loaded if there is more than three table occupied by guest. because they have to serve tables and rooms also. problem is that waiter forgot about your order. you may understood if you are having food and you have delay, means you have order omlett and tea...then you will both items in the diffrence of 20 minutes. due to location i am staying here only, otherwise no. i asked many times at receptiin i want to meet with owner, but receptionist not giving owner number nor any meeting with him , so that concern should reach to him.

So worst service and staff are not educated how to treet to customer..poor management.extra food items adding in a bills which not ordered after that resturant staff blaming. it was worst and bad experience at all .
