Hotel Narmada Residency

The hotel is newly built and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Excellent location if you want to walk around and eat/shop/etc. The only drawback was that even though the staff is polite and tries to be helpful, their room service is not that great. But there are plenty of options nearby, at a walking distance so it's quite manageable. Especially in this price range, it's a pretty decent hotel. Will recommend 9/10.

As its an upcoming new hotel , it's struggling to stand in the competition. One of the few facilities which ll gradually improve are complimentary breakfast , as at present its only room service nd limited due to lack of space for buffet. Then one thing which they need to work into is Ac and taps , Ac is making a lot of sound and remote was not working properly, as there were no shower caps , you have to depend upon tap water which is too slow, better pre plan your bath 😄, as it ll take atleast 10 mins to get a bucket full of water 😉. We had a stay in Room no 302. I request the hotel management to kindly look into this.

Please don't plan to visit in this hotel; the service is very poor. We ordered a tea at morning 9.30 AM, they served at 10.30 am after so many follow up, they are taking 1 hr to serve a tea. They are saying that they are giving complimentary Break fast but two options are available only. Very very worst service over here.

The newly listed Hotel was found on the internet and tried with luck. The stay experience was awesome.Food was yummy,less oil,price is good, service is best. The rooms are nice,i feel like a luxury stay with a fair amount.Only problem is parking which was blocked or less due to the business centre. Everything is good except parking.

I had stayed there for a night and booked Presidential suite The western commode broke down during ablution in night and my wife was injured A new hotel with a faulty workmanship is end of clientele We paid 5000 for the night and the owner did not answer our SOS Call and had an audacity to respond our call Really unprofessional
