OYO 28174 Hotel Sai Krupa

Not worth for 1500 per night at all. Very poor services ( tv not recharged even after complaint, power cut issues.. they have generator but you can't even charge your mobile, also no wifi when power is cut) Restaurant/ food locations are far from the hotel and hotel own restaurant is too costly..which they have strategically implemented.. Not recommended at all unless you have life and death emergency

Worst hotel I have ever visited in sambalpur. If you don't have options, then go for it. Rooms are very small and always urine smell. Charges are very high. 1600 for one night for normal rooms and desk manager writing price in pencils so he can erase later. I don't know about ac rooms. But within 1000, there are too good hotels in sambalpur. They don't know how to behave with a customer.

Neat and clean place. Rooms are latrin-bathroom attached. Location is near to gol bazaar. Lunch & dinner facilities are available on payment basis. We were 3 adults and 2 children. One small sofa is also available inside the room. They provided us one extra mattress and charge was 1500/- per day (Feb 2024). Behaviour of the staff is good and well-mannered.

Rooms are very very unhygienic, service also,when I booked a room then come to my room I saw a condom pouch in bed

Room is very small not worthy as per price and the receptionist boy behaviour was like misbehave and very rude don't like his way of talking to guest during check in.

One of the worst hotel I've stayed in for the price. Booked 2 AC rooms here for 1300 each for a night which was over priced. In one room AC was broken and had one setting and a faulty fan. The staff refused to fix any of that or change the room. TV wasn't working. In other room lights were not working and constantly blinking. Both rooms were not clean at all, furniture were in bad state. Beds and pillow are not clean, broken bathroom fixtures. Food was bad and overpriced. Only thing good I can say is has good parking space, and good access to main road.

Hotel sai krupa is a good hotel, room size are too small,and also wash room is too small. staff behave are good. Price are reasonable but sometimes charges extra money from customers. In house restaurants available but as per my view it is less hygienic. Improve need for hygienic food. Restaurants price is average. Good service provided and neat and clean bedsheet are provided. Location is also good but 1.5 km from market place.
