Regenta Inn Sambalpur By Royal Orchid Hotels

We were here for 4 days recently and our experience was wonderful. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. Rashmitha at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, making our check-in smooth and pleasant. The rooms were comfortable. I don't think one can expect more than this in a place like Sambalpur. Dont expect a 5 Star facility for sure. The food was a highlight, absolutely delicious and a big reason why we enjoyed our time so much. Apecial thanks to Sudip Kumar Pothal and his team ( Manoranjan, Jyoti, Pandey, and Sabitri) at the restaurant. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their hospitality made a huge difference. I will definitely stay here again.

Regenta Inn Sambalpur stands out as the best hotel in the area, excelling in rooms, services, dining, and ambience—truly meeting all guest expectations. During our stay, the team paid close attention to every detail, making our experience comfortable and worry-free. The housekeeping staff ensured our rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean, while the restaurant team was attentive and considerate of our dietary preferences. Their courteous and friendly service was consistently exceptional to all guests. Further. The reception staffs were always at their feet to make us feel at the hotel as the best possible way. Finally, the hotel manager was proactive and efficient, skillfully balancing the needs of both guests and staffs. Overall, Regenta Inn provided warm hospitality and excellent service, and I look forward to returning in the future.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Reginta Inn by Royal Perle Orchid in Sambalpur. The rooms were clean, well-furnished, and offered a comfortable atmosphere. The staff was polite and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Location-wise, it’s conveniently situated, making travel across the city easy. The food quality was good, though a bit more variety in the breakfast menu would make it even better. Overall, it’s a great place for business travelers as well as families looking for a peaceful stay. I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Review:|I paid ₹4,700 + GST per day for my stay, but the service was not even worth ₹2,000. My 4-day stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel provided expired salt packets and body wash, which is unacceptable. Even after placing an order in the restaurant, no service was provided.||The bathroom did not have a shaving kit, the room had no slippers, and the tap water flow was very poor. Overall, despite the high daily charges, the facilities and services were far below standard. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made.||Do you want me to also add a rating (like 1⭐/5) for posting on Google/TripAdvisor?

Had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Stayed for a night in June 2025. It was a break journey on my way to Nagpur from Kolkata. On second thoughts, I should have stayed for at least two nights. Sambalpur itself was beautiful. The rooms at Regenta Inn were sufficient in size, the AC was fantastic, the mattress was super soft, the food, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, in their restaurant on the ground floor was fantastic, and to top it all, the service was highly professional. They also have a restaurant with a bar on the top floor. The only negative was a dusty parking lot behind the hotel with no access to the hotel, you had to walk all the way to the front to get into the property.
