Omg bhai sahab itna ghatiya hotel😬 According to price room is too small means ok ok🤙 type room. Washroom condition is very bad(🪱🪱🪱🪱 are available here randomly 🤮). Neat and clean experience is very bad. One thing we appreciate their complimentary breakfast and water bottle🥰.They provided us broken electric succet, torn towel and in washroom only two mini medimix shop(rs3) and 3 pouch oil(rs1) one plastic bucket and mug at just rs 2400🥹🥹🥹😬😬😡😡😡

Rooms are smelly and service is extremely poor. Lot of good hotels near by - try to avoid this

My first visit to the city of sambalpur with friends and I chose this hotel for my stay. I had a good experience. The rooms were well maintained and clean, service was quick enough and the facilities were adequate for my short one night stay. The food in the restaurants were also good. The travel desk arranged a good package for local sight seeing which was reasonable in terms of price. Worth a recommend.

The room's cleaning point is very important, but they don't know about cleaning....they are providing a dusty room every time with an uncleaned bathroom.

Excellent place to stay with super clean rooms and excellent food. The hospitality of Mr Subrata Dey, the front office manager is superb. He is a person who is always ready to help you. Anyone planning to stay at Sambalpur should get in touch with Subrata

First shock came when I reached d hotel. Reception manager says the room I had booked is occupied and he will transfer me to some other room. when I asked why, he rudely said, we are giving you a room na. They send me to a room completely unprepared with half filled water, no washroom necessities. when I called for dem, they said they give for high end rooms(which I had booked actually). The washrooms had a stinking smell throughout and the menu wid food options were damn less and horrible . just ordered a lassi which I felt like puking after taking a sip. got a packaged drinking water which tasted like tap water. even though rooms were good, the staff and facilities are below human standards.

In my travel period sambalpur i stay in Royal inn hotel. During my stay i fill that i got the five star amenities. such a nice hotel . the food was awesome. cleanliness of this hotel marvelous. the staff very cooperative. in one word it is a perfect hotel for me.

Basic place, with every basic amenities. Staff is very helpful. Rooms were clean. Location is great (amidst main market).
