Hotel Leo Sai Palace

My worst stay with unforgettable experience. Hygiene - 0 , Service - 0, Staffs Approach - Casual as they are running lodges or Sulabh Souchalay . I asked to change the pillow cover with little cleaning of chewing gum to remove 2 times, but they acted like nothing happened. The humble request to the owner of this property to look into his staffs & hygiene. The only positive thing which I missed to mention, Lift+ AC + Geyser was on working condition.

I booked super deluxe ac room including breakfast for 3 night stay ! The experience is horrible as the bed sheets have stains , have holes , pillow is completely stained and yellow , room floor is full of dirt , god know when the blanket was washed ! The mat is so dirty that if u place foot on it ur foot will get dirty, Bathroom lock is not working, tv is not working, they served me 3 bara and 3 idilis from thela in a plastic ! For 5400 price for 3 night it is not at all justified

Bad very bad don't get mesmerized by their pitures good rooms. They have food with very bad quality. Extremely spicy and not applicable for children. The restaurant is namely family on the day we visited it the manager openly told us that some people were drinking in the family restaurant very inappropriate. Worst staff ever and after all this when we decided to check out a day early the manager who was already drunk quarreled with us about the room rent about it being of two days than one. Though, we have informed about this cancelation about 24 hours ahead they misbehaved with us and charged the rent. This is a bad hotel never recommended for anyone.

It is the worst hotel I have ever seen. Actually there is no fooding facility. Though there is a restaurant cum bar at ground floor. But one can never consider it as family restaurant at all. The behaviour of the employees is very bad. They even consume alcohol during duty hours. This is not fit for family trip. I have a horrible experience with this hotel.

Good, Clean hotel, right on the highway, has a restaurant at the griund floor. Staffs are coutseous. Accepts online payment. Had booked a room just 2 hours before reaching there. Got my car cleaned as well. Overall will recommend this place.

Dirty, stained linen, no foot mat, moss covered walls, unswept floor, stinky room, and clogged drain. Only good thing was the staff behaviour and helping nature. This is on the highway and was chosen as it will save me time on the ride.

Loved it. An unexpected hospitality in soro. One of its kind hotel. The staff especially Subrat, Umesh and Rajan were very very helpful as I visited with family, they were always willing to help even in the middle of the night. The rooms are very clean, with hot water. There is a restaurant below the hotel. Hotel has lift service. And easy access with ample.parking space.

Very bad and poor quality of service, very bad food and not free for all guests ( have to pay extra ₹300 for some filthy food, you cannot opt for other foods on idli and dosa that's it and very bad taste .
