Very bad experience at Nasta Hotel, Sundargarh. I waited for around 15–20 minutes, but no staff member came to take my order or even asked if I needed anything. The service was extremely disappointing and made me feel completely ignored. I expected much better hospitality. Very disappointed with the experience.
