We booked deluxe room. Stayed for two days. Room was not much clean, towels were unclean. The stay was average. Room and bathroom was large enough. TV , AC, Fan etc were working fine. Service was efficient. Not much enjoyed the room. Anyhow good for a budget stay.

Had a very good stay for two days. We got good view rooms for affordable price.Best Thing Near to the Golden temple.They also arrange taxi service to go to Site Scene. Staff served helpfully and respectfully. If we might go there next year as well.

Very poor quality room and the person sitting in reception having attitude. Don't know how to talk customer and asky more while booking. If you call will say room is there but once reach there asking more money.

Room was overpriced for what it was. Uncomfortable bed, staff told me linen was clean but it was a dark patterned sheet & it didn't smell clean. Had a filthy fleece quilt which I removed from the bed. There was only a bucket & jug to wash with & both were filthy with black mess. The power switch to my room was next to the light switch for a communal toilet & people kept turning my power off by accident which was very annoying after the 5th time! Finally, the staff were unfriendly, barely managing to grunt responses to me. A young man showed me the room & kept hassling me for a 'service fee' even though he had not done anything & rolled his eyes rudely when I asked him a question later that evening. I left the next day & noticed that similar places were much cheaper & much better places were available for the same price. Don't stay here unless you have no choice.

The hotel is located just a couple of minutes walk from the Golden Temple, so it is very convenient for short stays. It is nice from the outside, and the corridor looks pretty good, but the room was a bit disappointing. I found hair and stains on my bedlinen, so I decided to sleep in my own sleeping bag. There was a small hole in the wall and through it a tiny ray of light came through from the neighboring room. I was too tired to make complains, because I arrived late night and checked out the next morning anyway. But I think it does worth the money, as similar rooms can be found in the area for half the price.

The hotel is good as compared to the price I got 4 beds within a ac room just for RS 750 which was a good deal, also it has got TV. Overall it was good, the only thing I didn't like is that it's washroom was not in good condition and really need improvement and which is why I am giving it 4 stars.

The person managing it, is a greedy head. I didn't take an extra bedding, but he wanted to charge me for extra bed. I told him I was leaving at night before 1 am, he alleged that I committed to leave by 12. We opened the register and he had written 12:45 as the exit time himself. Ended up paying extra, because of his nuisance. Utterly bad experience. Recommend to look for other options
