Can rate 4.9/5 Pros: 1 staff is really helpful, service is quick, 2 Hotel is safe, so it's a good choice for solo female travelers. 3 Cars are allowed right up to the hotel, which is a big plus, since many hotels near the temple, dnt have this option. 4 location is great -very close to golden temple, and not many good hotels are available this area. 5 washroom are clean and rooms. 6 dhaba tea ☕ superb

We stayed for one night at this hotel in Amritsar, and they are truly the best in terms of service, hospitality, location, and cleanliness. It felt just like home. The Golden Temple is only a 5-minute walk away at most. The owner, Mr. Love Malhotra, and his wife, Mrs. Diya, are very cordial and welcoming. The best part is that they allow late-night entry, which was very convenient for us. We went for darshan at the Swarna Mandir at 2:00 a.m. and returned around 4:30 in the morning.Thank you.. P.s.The person who stayed awake the whole night and assisted us while we were driving helped us a lot by guiding us on the roads and helping us reach the hotel.

During my Amritsar trip, I had wonderful stay. The hotel arranged a vehicle which made us easy to visit holy sites and other historical places. They rooms were very silent , spacious and clean, providing a peaceful environment to relax. This is an excellent place to enjoy some quite time with family without any disturbance. I tried was flavourful and well presented.

Worst experience in my 20 years of travelling. Just checked out of the hotel. The location maybe close to the golden temple but it is in the middle of a very congested market. The stay was horrible. The room was extremely small for 3 people to stay. We were given family room on ground floor. The room was unclean with a damp smell. All the bed sheets pillows, blankets and towels were very dirty as if they have never been cleaned for years and the room has not been used for days. The hotel manager will sweet talk you into booking this hotel but he is clearly a cunning business. We had booked for two nights but due to the horrible condition of the rooms we had to check out within a few hours of coming. Yet the manager demanded the full payment of two days and didn't even want to give the receipt

It was a nice stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. E-rickshaw was available outside the hotel. Zomato and Swiggy was also allowed where cutlery was provided by hotel It's really next to golden temple from langar hall side and baba atal rai gurdwara It's mid way to both gurdwara harmandir sahib and gurdwara sahida sahib. Looking forward to come back soon and again

We had a absolutely stay at guntas residency Amritsar. The wood was delicious with a wide variety that catered to all tastes. Room service was prompt and efficient, making our stay extremely comfortable The staff deserves a special mention - polite, courteous and always ready to help.

We stayed here for a day during our visit to golden temple.the rooms are very comfortable and they provided extra bed for our kid without any extra cost. The staff here is so prompt and quick to respond.. Mr Malhotra at office was very cooperative. He assist in all the tourist spot and location.
