Hotel Sakhi Inn by Urban Galaxy

Hotel not maintained their cleaning part. Rooms was very dusty. I taken family room. Bed and bathroom door was very dusty. No bathroom mat, No hanger in wardrobe, no slippers for bathroom, no electric kettle in room for hot water. Phone was not working, TV not working. What the supervisor is doing?? After complaining they arranged all things.

Hotel is excellent. Staff is very helpful. Location is superb. All amenities just a voice away only. Wonderful stay. Sure come back.

In their hotel, neither towels are provided in the rooms nor there were mats outside the washroom. The washrooms of their hotel are very small and the charges are very high.

I have booked this hotel by goibgo and I want to inform by check in time to hotel. But I tried to all contact number given by hotel but no one is responding at all. I am very disappointed for this kind of service.

Everything is 10/10 Their behaviour, accommodation & hospitality is excellent. We faced an incident there with cab driver but the hotel staff helped us alot. We fell so safe and secure only because of the staff… Thanks for helping us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Television is just a Dummy. Linens are Dirty and Damage. No Parking. Very Close to Golden temple Langer hall Gate.

I don't want to give 1 star .The room is very dirty, they don't come to clean the room or every hotel gives one water bottle per day but their rules are different, we stayed here for 3 days, according to our accommodation, will we give one water bottle in the 3 days And washroom are too small and dirty tap are not working properly And electricity are control by receptionist Very bad experience

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and staff was very courteous. Location was just 2 min walk from Golden Temple. Had an amazing stay experience put me there to review this hotel. Recommended.
