Staff is very helpful and very professional to work Good room near Golden temple. Room size is average. Room alloted in third floor. Cleanliness was at its best. Toilet is good and odourless.

This was the worst stay of my life . They literally had no staff only 1 person was working for the entire hotel Even after telling them hundreds of times that their Air Conditioner is not working they would say to wait. They also wouldn't help us communicate to the owner of the hotel. They gave us messy rooms which were disgusting and uncleaned. Would preffere you to not book this hotel for a family stay. The staff was eagirly ready to fight when told to clean and fix the rooms. We got our rooms at 2 am in the night. Which were also not cleaned this was so Dissapointing. We called them at 3 pm and got the rooms at 2 am. The staff was not helpful. Please do not book this hotel and try to stay away from these type of hotels

It was a nice experience…..owner was very good….walking distance from golden temple… well decorated and cleaned hotel… there was everything which i want…. Every single facility is available… awesome stay and staff is too good….wonderful experience loved it a lot..🫡🫡

Third class room.. washroom is not clean.. aircondition is not working....room service is also not Good....and i ask to hotel management they called to mafai type gunde,.it is not safe... don't Go in this hotel...waste of money and not save to family...

During whole stay of 2 days, No hot water, tv not working. No staff was available to help. Despite complaining several times nobody looked into the issues..rooms are in pathetic condition. Only pro is location but no service at all. There are several better option in same location, avoid it if you can.

Worst stay,rude staff,electric plugs not working at all,never go to this hotel,ruined our whole day,soap was not available,charges high and much more.
