Regenta Central Amritsar

Food is really good and restaurant staff is amazing. Rooms are good but I had bad experience with bathroom. Toilet is not cleaned at all and drainage is not good. It get flooded again and again. I stayed there 3 night 2 times called the plumber to fix it up. Very first day night time reception staff was not helpful at all. We requested for extra bed at 7:30pm for kids so after dinner they can have good sleep. We came around 10:30pm and extra bed were not there even my room key was not working. I waited 30 minutes to get the room key activated. Around 11:15 we got the extra bed. And no apology from the reception or anyone they just showing the attitude. Also wedding venue so noisy till late night couldn’t sleep properly. I have a photo of the flooded toilet but it’s not good at all to share it. Be careful before you book this hotel.

The Hotel Regenta is an amazing place. The staff here are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond. Every facility at this hotel is elegant and well-maintained. The breakfast provided is outstanding, and easily comparable to a five-star experience. I truly loved my time here and deeply appreciated the people. Amritsar has left a lasting impression on me. Thank you to everyone for your heartfelt hospitality. I extend my gratitude to every member of the team.

3 might seem a little harsh but for us it was 3 1/2 at best. The staff are very good and booking in was fine. We were told that our room had been upgraded and it certainly was big, shower room, living space and bedroom.|Unfortunately the shower room wasn’t very clean, the loo seat was loose, the shower blinds covered in mould and the shower leaked into the living area. Also you had to run the water a good 10 minutes before it got hot. The living area was crowded with too much furniture so much so it wasn’t cleaned properly and there was dust and rubbish trapped under chairs. The bedroom was again crowded with a not required lounger. |The TV still remains a mystery, two sets of buttons for two TV’s which didn’t seem to work.|The location was handy for the golden temple £1:50 in a tut tut. But we weren’t comfortable venturing out locally at night as the area is very dark and a bit away from the Main Street which meant we had to eat and drink at the hotel. The food was fine but the prices were high, but that not unusual in a hotel.||Are 2 nights were ok and if your only stopping for that length of time it’s worth considering, but I doubt we would book again if in Amritsar.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Housekeeping staff was cooperative. |Food was really good in taste and there were variety of items. There was pickup and drop service available. New year party organised with live music and games was fun. Staying here is definitely worth it

The stay is quite comfortable 😊😊😊. Most | important I could get facility for my driver too. The room service is quick. Food varieties, quality and taste is excellent 👌👌👌Room facilities are also good 👍👍 Overall happy to spend two days. Enjoyed food and spa.

A wonderful stay at the regenta central Amritsar! We were visiting with elderly parents and wanted them to have an enjoyable experience.||The staff are warm and very attentive. They really looked after us. We booked the spa for our parent and they loved the experience. The breakfast is always a highlight at hotels and regenta crntral didn't disappoint (with Amritsari kulchas!).

Can't say enough.. fantastic staff, clean room , great breakfast, special thanks to ms Twinkle she is very helpful convenient location, hot water, A/C. Staff is available 24/7 to help you in any way . Being a single female traveler I felt safe in this hotel. |Also great value, highly recommend

From location to parking and facility is excellent. The stay has been warmly and feeling of home with convenience of moving around has been just perfect.the staffs have been very friendly and get us very customises. |Overall it has been a perfect and pleasant stay
