Hotel is in a very good location only a few minutes walking distance in the golden temple .the staff is very supportive and helpful it was a nice experience as I stay with my mother rooms are neat and clean 25/7 service available. Well behaved staff. Safe and secure

November 2024 3* The best place about this hotel is location and location. Hotel is located just 2 mins walk from the Darbar Sahib. Price is expensive compared to the service. We took executive family room with two king bed. The price is fine given the location. However, rooms need upgrades and better cleaning. The furniture is old and bed linen are very old. Washrooms are fine but need major upgrades. Staff are helpful and courteous. However, the room service is expensive.

Check in date 25 .11 .24 Room No 602 Amt paid Rs 2500/- Views :- First time stay at this hotel. Experience - Horrible Reasons - Tap of wash room broken. A nail out near toilet seat - i got minor injury. Intercom ring sound at about 12 mid night when we were trying to sleep. Get disturbed. Avoided. Second time again bell rings at 1.48 AM. Again highly disturbed. Rang back to reception who directly declined saying why i will ring. Did not accept the fault at all. Third time again bell rings at 8 am. I went to reception personally and asked the reason. Reply was - Sorry there is a problem with intercom. How you can do that. Is it a joke? I and wife a senior citizen by age could not sleep even for a single minute. Just too much. I will never come to this Hotel and will never recomend to known person for this Hotel. You have many customers and we have lot of Hotels. We pay and stay. Thanks for this bad treatment. Best wishes to all.

It was an excellent experience. The staff was not only cooperative but extremely helpful. The rooms are neat and clean and maintained nicely, The hotel is in close proximity to Darbar Sahib. I had a comfortable stay. Good stay. Thanks for cj hotel team

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the helpful and efficient staff. The facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the Golden Temple, making it easy to explore. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Great location.beautiful surroundings golden temple.great staff.most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever lovely and great first impression of the hotel . everything about the hotel was exceptional I was very pleased with my stay .l hope to be back for a longer visit in future.

Good hotel for location as only a few steps from the Golden Temple which is a big plus.|Sapna and Rahul were the staff members we found to be very helpful. They were very hospitable and just generally nice to deal with.|Many eating places and shopping area also in walking distance.

One if our most bad experience of staying in this hotel. Room no 602, 25.11.24 - 26.11.24. Three times the ph bell rang wrongly. At 12.30 am, 1.48 am and 8.00 am.could not sleep for even a minute. When asked, it is a intercom problem which connects the wrong room. How you can do that ? Very bad. Could not sleep for whole night. Tap broken, a knail in the wash room near toilet seat, hurt me. Money gone waste. Will nither come here again or recommend to come again.
