It was a nice experience as I stay with my mother. Rooms are neat and clean. 24/7 service available. Well behaved staff, safe and secure.

Rooms 301 is too much dirty, and service is not well, the young boy who is in service all taken any drug or something at night he is not in stable condition to respond, stand 30 min outside of the hotel only for his neglency. He standing in front of us. But not Opening the door of the hotel, I'm shouting but no response. 2. Ac is operated by them, again and again need to ask them to turn on the ac, but they won't many times. 3. Feel little less privacy, become of mirror, seems like having camera behind, because if you put your finger on mirror there is no gap in between your finger and the reflection. 4. Wifi is not working properly, very week signal 5. Management is not well n good. 6. Getting Call for unnecessary things by Gurjeet. 7. Demanded money extra irrespective of hotel rent which is already paid through online. 8. I have taken leave leave before 19hrs, but that same I have told him on my checkin day. As because I reached there by morning 7 am. And huge rain happening. I had request to him (Gurjeet) That as understood there check in time is 12 pm. No one is staying at this time please give us room in this situation. As we will checkout 19 hrs earlier. But he demanded 600 for the same. Have to give 300rs 9. Shower is very slow 10. 1st I got 301 room which is very bad, smell, blankets are dirty, vomiting is there on blanket. 11. Request to change the room, he denied, then when I pressured, he agrees to give me 303 room. 12. Add this review (Edited this) he call again and again as because I have write this review. Have to block him Thank you that's all

Hotel not mentain, too much smell, before check in I request we check out arround 12 o clock, and check out date 10.30 he said khali karo , very rude person, he is not ready to give us bill

Not at all worth your money, the place is really untidy no cleanliness or hygiene. Actually my suggestion would be forget the rating n just walkin to the hotel you like, as there are plenty of options.

The owner and staff of this hotel is very rude. Even though i paid the room rent for one night , they told me to leave the hotel room at midnight. Moreover they stopped water supply so that i leave the room and bother me whole night by knocking the door of the room. That was my worst experience i ever had in the hotel. Ultimately i had to leave the hotel early morning at 4 am . I was frustrated by them, So i recommend never visit this hotel.

Very good hotel,mostly recommend by my family,net and clean room,affordable price,Near by golden temple and jaliyawala baag,friendly staff,very good behave by hotel manegar chandan ji.....keep going guys

Very good hotel. Service all time available. Very neat and clean . Very comfortable. Very near golden temple and jallian wala bagh. Best place
