MARS Hotel

There is no control of the air conditioners in individual rooms. We have to call the reception for control of the air conditioners. Also, we cannot operate AC or Heater as per our choice, we have to take what they have to give and that too after calling them. If you want to operate AC, they will deny and say that they only offer heater and if we want AC, we have to compromise and sleep without AC. Just pathetic. Worst experience ever for me. I stayed in their Suite Room and they gave me this treatment. Just shut the hotel and let people choose other good hotels.

We enjoyed our stay in Mars Hotel Amritsar and booked family room. Neat and clean room. Reception staff and other staff all members are very very good. We loved fooding also, the way we want it was made. Will visit again for sure. Will recommend to family & friends.✌👍👍 Thank you! "

We booked a suite and were given 405 which was dark, untidy and there was no natural light at all. The furniture and linen was tatty and frayed. Moved to 303 later which was far better. Hot water was a challenge in the mornings but was great in the evenings. Location is close to Golden temple but it rained during our stay and the path to the temple was all muddy. Taxis’s do not come to this hotel during the day time due to its location and access. Check the pricing as we felt we paid too much. Also look for guest photos instead of their own pictures which are deceiving. The staff at the desk were approachable and helpful when contacted.

Good hotel but personally felt not worth the price. Nice clean big room but needed maintenance, like remote was broken, sofa had a hole. Breakfast menu was same all 3 days of my stay. Location from Gurdwara Sahib is good. Good option in case you don't get something better at a good price

Nice hotel with excellent service. Food quality is also awesome. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is near to Golden temple. They have their own travel desk at a very reasonable price. Hotel have a parking space .

An amazing hotel, The service and the atention is gret, they have a special detail for everything. Food was awesome and rooms were clean. Linen was clean with all amenities. The staff was really helpful and we were treated well and will always recommend. A good hotel to start or end your stay.

The rooms are neat and clean and the services are exceptional. Thanks to Gurmeet ji that he made our stay comfortable and a memorable experience. The hotel staff was helpful and welcoming. The hotel is a must to check in to if you are coming to Amritsar
