OYO 30935 Appna Ghar Hotel

Rooms were not meant for more than 2 people, i don't know why it has been advertised that rooms are adequate for 3 adults or a family. The extra bed was not even fitting well in the room, the door was not opening after that and no space to even walk to the washroom. Not recommended for families with more than 2 members. Property is good for couples who want to stay for a short time. Although I must say that the service was very good, the care takers at the property were very humble & kind to us. They have made late night tea and provided extra blankets, water bottles, milk for kids and everything that we've needed. So, service is highly appreciated 👍

It was a worst experience with this hotel. Behavior was also very bad with customer. No service, no manners, nothing. The lady owner is very arrogant and they are failed to fulfill their commitment. Even if we asked her something for our knowledge or some help regarding our booking she directly denied and told her staff in their local language to talked with us and don't disturb her. This is the most bad hotel I'd ever seen. Our booking was confirmed with brakefast but they directly denied to served it. Even after we showes them our booking history they denied to accept. The hotel room was very dirty and small. Lastly from my point of view no one can stay in this hotel with this type of arrogant behavior and worst service.

Worst hotel to stay in amritsar. I stayed here from 2 September 2018 to 5 September 2018 and the services were terrible. No free morning tea, breakfast is limited and insufficient for an adult and if you order more they will charge you more. They will get you lunch from a dhaba nearby and will charge you more for limited food and more for extra food you will order as they will never provide you sufficient amount of food.. You order 9 plates of food and they will get 6 and tell you its 9 plates. Owner of the hotel is compleat thug and will be always available to loot you. Rooms of the hotel are not clean.. You can see dust everywhere in rooms. I will recommend not to stay in this hotel and also they charge you more online so if you are looking for hotel you should book it in amritsar as they charge you nearly double for the same services if you book online.

The worst hotel ever. We booked the room around 11pm and requested the check-in around 2am Although our booking was confirmed from booking.com they called and asked for advance payment. Ac remote wasn't there in room. The room was too small. It was window ac and it took more than 2 hour to get started. The worst experience ever. I'll recommend no one should visit there. They've no room service at all and they'll make you wait more than 45 min at the time of check-in. And there's no AC or Cooler in their counter and not even a fan.

The room is good as per the pricing! Washrooms are attached along with the room. TV is there. The bed was not that comfortable though. The breakfast they provided was really good! Ask them for tea. They make it the best. Also the host was good and warm. Its at 15 mins walking distance from golden temple. Book it if you want to spend less on hotel.

Value for money. The rooms were cleaned and spacious. At a Good location, Walking Distance From Golden Temple, Owner Mr. Gupta is himself a very nice personalty, They arrange pickup from Station at 2:00 Am (Night) for 15 Peoples, Scope of little more improvements, but as confirmed by Mr.. Gupta that they have complete renovation Plan.....

Went Amritsar for a small trip of 2 days 3 nights. I called the hotel owner from delhi to pre book the room. When we entered the room it was just bit big than a king size bed. They don't have wifi, tv has only local Punjabi channels, they are very unprofessional. Wife of the owner is incharge and she keeps asking idiotic questions with people like where will you go , what relation do you have with that girl(my wife) , at 1 am in night she came and started asking for ID of everyone when 1 ID would have done the work. There are many more silly incidents which took place so I made my mind that I am not going back there again.

Cant smoke ciggratte there, rooms are not good, gaps are filled with wooden blocks, they charge more then prices of oyo. They tell customers not to eat on bed cause it will spoil bedsheets.
