Hotel Exotic

I spent five delightful days at Hotel Exotic in October 2024 and was greeted with such warmth by Lucky, Kiran, and the entire team.||We traveled from the UK to Amritsar and arrived before the check-in time. Lucky graciously allowed us to relax and freshen up in a wonderfully air-conditioned room while our accommodations were being prepared.||The rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds incredibly comfortable, along with a lovely bathroom facility.||The hotel is perfectly situated, just the right distance from the bustling area surrounding the stunning Darbar Sahib. This location allows you to stay close to attractions while still providing a peaceful retreat.||During my stay, I met other European tourists and families from other parts of India visiting Amritsar. It’s an excellent choice for family travel.||The hotel’s WiFi was excellent, and contrary to previous reviews, the lift was functioning perfectly during our visit.||The staff were exceptionally helpful; Lucky even exchanged our British Pounds for Indian Rupees at a fantastic rate. We felt the staff was trustworthy, with Lucky and Kiran ensuring we felt safe and comfortable.||I would definitely stay at Hotel Exotic again. Have stayed in this place for two or three times and stay has always been comfortable. Rooms are clean and size is average enough for two persons. Staff is always helpful and polite. The location is a little inside a small residential lane so if cabs won’t be able to go inside, you have to take a rickshaw or walk to property. But it is walkable distance to Gurudwara Sahib (Golden temple). Overall a comfortable and good stay.

The only good thing about the hotel is that it's a walking distance to Golden temple, but that way you have many options. Don't go on the revised, they all are incorrect. The hotel property is very poorly maintained, beds are broken, and there is no proper cleanliness. We booked thru MMT for our recent stay on 29th Nov for 2nights. We paid for rooms with balcony and got something else. We arrived at the hotel at 8.30 pm and here the hotel management took advantage, gave our room to someone else and gave us a unused room which was smelling. There attitude was this is it!!! When complained to the owner on our check out she offered a cup of tea without discussing anything about compensation. NEVER BOOK THRU MMT OR ONLINE PLATFORMS, RATES ARE DOUBLED THERE. I HAD POSTED THE SAME REVIEW ON MMT AND ITS STILL NOT LIVE. WHEN ASKED MMT THERE IS NO RESPONSE. YOU PEOPLE ARE SMART ENOUGH TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IS THIS CALLED!

Excellent hotel location near Golden temple. Rooms are fantastic and extremely comfortable. Bathroom clean and well maintain. Above all service by team exotic nothing to say service is awesome helping all out by exotic team all the time including hospital facilities arrangement. Raju is extremely cooperative and helpful. Keep it up team Exotic.

Not a very good experience.This us a issue in Amritsar. The rikshawala,hotel staff are all commission based. I have booked the hotel for a single day,the room was decent enough with location However the hotel had booked a rikshawala wala for us ,besides reserving the auto for waiting for food ,the auto wala denied and even he called one of the staff members who too denied that the auto would not wait. Even after payment a decent amount,it was like harm done to us . Also there were a few shops for jutti ,suggested by the hotel staff which were commission based Very bad experience

Rooms are very clean and hygienic, service is very good, food taste is really great. Golden temple and Jallianwala bagh is very nearby and walking distance. I will recommend this hotel for stay to everyone.

Stayed 3 nights in Nov24. Overpriced ( I paid 3k per night for 3 person but today's deal price is 1781/- per night for 2 person - See photo. With extra bed it comes to 2200/- ) and its over rated ( 3 star ??) . Average hotel, location is not good...in side an ally, car approach is tough but close to G.Temple. But Staffs are very very good and humble, spl mention of Mr Lucky is must. Breakfast spread is below average (Rs 150 they charge per head if not under CP booking). My rating is 3 out of 5. Booking agency ratings are mis guiding.
