Hotel Sakhi Inn

The room is very dirty, they don't come to clean the room or every hotel gives one water bottle per day but their rules are different, we stayed here for 3 days, according to our accommodation, will we give one water bottle in the 3 days

I visited here in the month of February with my friends and stayed in hotel Sakhi Inn for 2 days. The big point here is that is at a 2 min walkable distance from Golden temple and has spacious and clean rooms. The staff and owner were good. They need to focus on a few points - Since it was cold we didn't use AC much, fans needed to be well clean.one major trouble we faced was with the geyser, it has electric current passing through the tap. We did request to fix & the same was done but faced the same problem again in the morning. We were also given another room to use the washroom since none of my friends wanted to deal with the dysfunctional geyser. There are stairs which are a little uncomfortable and one of my friend fell off while shifting our rooms from 2nd floor to 1st floor.

Very bad experience. No electricity at hotel in the morning. They don't have generator facility.this hotel should have zero star rating

Sakhi Inn is just a few steps from golden temple, the market and Jalianwala Bagh which made it an excellent location. Our room had all the facilities we wanted also the cleanliness was good. I must add that this hotel has a v good staff & they are ready for help 24hours.

Best hotel ever I have visited, value for money, nice environment, cooperative staff, specially one person who was very helpful name kuldeep. Near by market, a chain of urban galaxy hotel. Best food and near by gurdwara and jaliawala bagh and many more. You must visit

Worst experience, Staff not listing. Fake photos on website. Washroom was full of insect, room walls are dirty. Drinking water was unsafe for drink. ||||Insects on the wall, ceiling. Water is coming from AC. No body is listening. ||||I strongly recommend that No one book this hotel by any of the webstie. ||||Websites are putting fake review.

We went there as a family and booked 2 rooms, but we were asked to stay on different floors. Rooms were congested and lacked proper drinking water, towels and toiletries which were made available only when we asked them, however they were clean. WiFi was accessible only in lobby and not in the rooms. Rooms didn't had sound proofing, being on a busy street it should have proper sound proofing. The stair case was not good at all for elderly people to climb and too difficult if you have to carry your luggage yourself. Only plus point this hotel had was that it was located near to Golden temple so most of the things were easily accessible. Cleanliness of the rooms & staff.

Messy room, smelly blankets, tore bedsheets, cracked bathroom stool, broken toilet sheet, faulty intercom, fan regulator was not working. They do not provide AC remote, so you have to get up every time in night when you are feeling cold to switch it off. Fan was never cleaned since years. Room walls were dirty. As they do not have lift requested them for 1st floor room but they gave us 2nd floor room. Very disappointed.
