Hotel Rohit villa

I booked the hotel for my family through Agoda and paid online while booking.But when my family reached the hotel, the staff denied the booking telling them that they don’t consider online booking. They told them to pay there in cash again in order to stay there. The staff was very inconsiderate and directly denied any help of any sort.I lost my money and got no refund because they refused to cancel the booking online on their side.

Don't ever book this hotel through any online platform. They will not accept and once you reach there, they will deny. You will not even get your money back. Cheaters and fraudsters.....please think before booking the hotel. I lost my money through agoda and they don't even respond to calls and emails from Agoda

Room is good clean specious. But there is no towel soap slippers for washroom. Location is good 10 15 walking distance to Golden temple. But better then others hotel there
