Good experience staying at hotel dua. It's located near to the golden temple. Rooms are clean, prompt and warm staff. The rates are pretty reasonable too. Good for famillies. Recommend for sure.

Hotel Dua Grand is one of the best in city we found with family as far as service is concern they change bedsheets refill bottles as a complementary basis each day of ur stay good n welcoming staff near to darbar sahib Jillian Wala Bagh shopping hubs n restaurants as well it’s a must visit hotel once in ur Amritsar trip ✌️

It was very good to stay here, it’s near about 700-800 meter far from Golden temple but if someone want to really stay in neat and clean place then it is better option.

have not had good experience in this place, they've attached a photo on the door saying if you ruin the curtain or blanket or blah blah blah you have to pay an amount, I know they have to face various types of customers but what kind of behaviour is this. One will be worried to use any of their items, and their store room is just beside the bathroom of our room, and there were a big visible window type of thing between the walls, so where's the privacy named thing? The room we got even had no windows.One more thing i must say that we had requested for an late check out and as per the rules they mentioned that they offer 3hours free late check out, as we're checking out late than that they have charged 800/- but the very next day they refused to extend the time limit Confusion Recepinist priyaa

Bad rooms, they provided used rooms to us without cleaning, all fittings, plumbings were broken, washrooms were not cleaned, tea coffee not provided in room, towels were not provided, there was bad odour in rooms, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, there force us to provide fake reviews in front of them, please avoid this hotel. Thanks
