CITY VIEW WITH GARDEN HOTEL ( NEAR GOLDEN TEMPLE)

This hotel is the perfect place to visit Amritsar. The location is great, only a 5 minute walk to the Golden Temple and all the best sites in Amritsar. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. What makes this place so special is the manager who cannot do enough for you. Both mornings he arranged a different complementary Punjabi breakfast...the Sarson Ka Saag (a dish made from mustard leaves) was delicious with some parathas, we also tried the kulcha which was amazing too. The manager helped us organise a taxi to the Wagah Border which was a great price, comfortable ride and the driver helped guide us to the right entry to ensure we had great seats. I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough, thanks for everything.

The hospitality was exceptional! The staff and manager were incredibly kind and professional. Highly recommended! They were polite, extremely helpful, and provided detailed information about nearby activities and a comprehensive map. They also suggested things to do and places to visit, making our experience truly memorable.

The City View was well located near the Golden Temple. The management were very helpful and efficient, especially concerning transfers, trips ( especially to the Wagah Border Ceremony ) and general advice. I’m glad we chose to stay there.

We had 2 rooms - one for me and my wife and one for the kids. The location is great - t minutes walk to the golden temple. The rooms were nice and clean. Not too small. The outside garden was very nice - a quiet place to sit and drink chai. The manager was extremely helpful with everything we needed. If you are looking for a simple place to stay near the temple I would definitely recommend it.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had an excellent experience from start to finish, thanks to the efforts of the friendly and informative manager, Mr. Avijeet and his support staff. The location was excellent in the heart of the old city and an easy and interesting walk to the Golden Temple, with lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the neighbourhood. On arrival we were given a very useful hand drawn map of the immediate area and attractions. We bought a day tour from the hotel at a reasonable cost and were very pleased with the itinerary and the considerate driver. Our room didn't have a window but was large enough, cool, peaceful and comfortable with a good shower. Very good value and we would certainly be back.

Perfect location near the Golden Temple. Manager and staff are most welcoming and will do the extra step to please you and make your stay confortable. We enjoyed staying 3 nights at this hotel. For foreigners like us, manager speaking an excellent English was a big plus!

We stayed here at the end of August 2024. The hotel was perfect, incredibly clean with spacious rooms. The staff were very helpful, including helping us get a bicycle to a bike shop and providing complimentary breakfast. We loved it so much we’ll be staying again when we come back through Amritsar on our trip.

I stayed 2 nights here, and it was a pleasant stay. Mr.Avijeet, the property manager, and his staff were amazing, very professional, and willing to help. Mr.Avijeet is a very professional and honest person, organized me a taxi to Wagah border, and gave all the necessary information that I needed to know about Amritsar. I had a good sleep, and AC worked great. Thanks to the young men working at night and early in the morning, he arranged a rickshaw to me. Je recommande fortement !!!
