Brother, this is the worst hotel in Amritsar. Do not take a room here, there is no service of any kind. They say it will be in half an hour but deliver the goods in one and a half hours. Hence the worst hotel in Amritsar!

WORST HOTEL EVER Room condition isn't good at all. You will get fooled here. They will charge for A/c room and there will be no A/c service. They have control of A/c in reception counter once you pay for A/c room after an hour they will cut the connection even after complaining in reception, you will get the answer that your problem will solve in 5 mins, but they don't even take actions. It's already 2 am. I am writing this review right now me and my whole family are in trouble since an hour and receptionist saying that " aapka problem abhi solve hoga ". I won't suggest this hotel to any body. Please be aware. Even the hotel rooms are not in a good condition, no sealing fans in any room, you will get only 1 wall fan which is not working properly, even the A/c is not getting cool. You will get to see cockroachs everywhere in room and even in bathroom. Frustrated me writing this comment for you future visitors. Please please do not come here, especially for the people who comes on tour.

room is ok ok they did not provide towel soap there is no blanket in room and rate according to service is high .

got a room with ac and a ceiling fan. its perfect the beds are fluffy and comfortable got a cabinet, a table with a chair (to eat or work on somethin. the ceiling is designed well the tv has a cool led panel behind it with a small storage shelf the washroom is at the left and is good for the price door got a knob to lock the door food comes on a little expensive side but yeah its great i was on floor 3

Worst service ac is not working and they were saying that we will do something from morning they Didn't even change our room i hate it's service i strongly recommend you to find another hotel or home stays but don't come here worst service

Today I went Amritsar with my family and we resided in Krishna Residency they but booked a room for Rupees 1500 and firstly the rooms were quiet dirty and there was a big mouse which was on our bed when we were sleeping. We complained about the rats in the house and asked to refund our money but they told once the money has been paid can't be refunded. They didn't told us about the rats and fooled us. It was my pathetic experience I had in my life. My whole family spent 2 hours while finding a room and we all were very disappointed from this type of service. You should not visit this hotel and don't waste your money. A strict action should be taken against these rascals.
