Avoid This Hotel – Fraud I booked this hotel through Agoda after verifying the location and confirming my reservation with the hotel manager over the phone. Initially, the manager was polite and confirmed my booking. However, upon arriving in Amritsar, the nightmare began. The manager’s phone was switched off, and the contact number provided in the booking confirmation turned out to be invalid. This is unacceptable and feels like a fraudulent practice. To make matters worse, the hotel did not exist at the location provided in the booking confirmation. Even Google Maps showed a different address, which made it even more confusing. We had to involve the Punjab police to verify the hotel’s existence, only to find that the hotel did not exist at the given location. Traveling with my family for such a long distance and dealing with this situation was extremely frustrating and stressful. When I contacted Agoda’s support team, they reached out to the so-called hotel manager, who then asked me to cancel the booking. Such an irresponsible and unprofessional attitude is appalling. Thankfully, Agoda’s support team handled the situation and helped resolve the issue promptly. I truly appreciate their assistance in sorting out this mess. To anyone considering booking this hotel: do not book it online. The entire experience was misleading and highly unprofessional. Agoda should also take strict action against such fraudulent listings to protect customers from these scams.

Divud is located very near to the golden Temple and the amenities are good 👍 for family and the price what they offer is also economical. The Golden Temple is just 300 mtr away. Best option for stay. People are friendly enough I hope to visit again next time.

They cancelled our booking one day before arrival, stating that you have booked the hotel at very low price from goibibo (i got the hotel booked with goibibo deal) but this was not mine problem that i got for less. The owner was not helpful and when i asked him - why you doing so, he did not listen to me and started behaving wrongly. Do not book this hotel during peak times, they will cancel your request at last minute and you have to suffer.

Despite Great Location, KINDLY KEEP THIS AS LAST OPTION TO BOOK! Reason: There Rooms are untidy, with bad odour pillows and bedding… asked for an extra pillow, got one with lipstick stuck on it 😂. They think they are doing great for the guests when giving you rooms to reside… but on the mark of professionalism, they are simply broke ‼️

Great Budget Hotel, Near Golden Temple, and also easily accessible from wether you are coming from Delhi, Jammu, Airport, Wagah Border or From Airport. I am regular visitor of Golden Temple but really fed up from traffic, narrow Dirty lanes, every where unplanned hotel no service , every hotel has remedy. Most of them don't have parking, no fully functional restaurant, dificult to reach that location. Above all local taxi service is expensive but if you want to book ola uber, where ever your r in the old city it shows only one pick up point, n for that you again book e rikshaw that add the cost. Hectic n traffic wow once you stuck in it you will become IAS by studying during those hours. This hotel newly built they have branch but this location is perfect for Amritsar visitors. Ample parking, they only close 3 hours kitchen in 24 hours. AC, rooms, geyser, cleaning all perfect. Above all 700 metes from golden temple, 1 Km from Railway station, 300 meters from bus stand, 10 km from Amritsar Airport. Keep it up Divud Ecom

Had a very nice experience. Extra polite staff with very good behavior! Everything was just upto the mark. Would like to come and visit soon. Shout out to #piyushsoni and #nazia ji for great customer and staff handling. Good job guys!

Do not completely rely on your booking if you booked online, They may not accept online booking. Behaviour of staff is completely unprofessional. Room was so dirty and smelly. I would not recommend this hotel at any cost they offer.

Nice n New property with parking n restaurant 21 hours open. Rooms cleaning n comfort is upto the mark. Keep it up
