Hotel location is perfect and best car parking is available near hotel .rooms ate neat ,clean .staff is friendly.we are coming to hotel from last 5 years

Caution: this is not a fake reviews.. below points came from 2 day stay trauma. I had 2 days booking in this hotel... On my first day itself I got highly disappointed with the service they provide... 1) Rooms are not cleared 2) Bathroom is quite small and platform is bit dusty/dirty 3) they give varieties on food but taste is something you need to compromise 4) they provide small tv with only free channel but still useless as most of the time it was off saying power cut happen/weak signal 5) room size is quite less and walls are bit dirty 6) I had booking on 2nd floor.. and they provide telephone and that too in working condition... But unlucky after soooo many rings no one would respond and you have to go to ground flr for any kind of room service request. 7) their rooms are dirty and bedsheets has some stain in it... But when you enter on hotel you will get some instructions sticked on wall... With all the illogical and contradictory charges. Like I got bedsheet with stain in it... That is okey if it is already dirty but if something happened from your end then tada 🎉 🎉 300rs fine 😂 their charges are as same as 5star hotels but service is something we can get far better in low star hotels... Those who say if you had problem then why didn't you change the hotel... So it was booked by my travelling partner and i requested but as they said they did already a payment n refund would not be possible so in that scenario we were stick with this hotel

Best hotel n best service here.parking is best facility in hotel.lift is also there.in breakfast the provide amritsari kulcha which is very tasty.good for group bookings
