"Exceeded our expectations in every possible way" My Stay in the hotel was amazing. Warm welcome by them with very friendly staff and motivated owner Mr. Gagan Mahajan. Service is neat and Clean. Food is awesome. Rooms are lavish. Nothing to complain about. Its away from hustle-Bustle. Strongly recommend for family stay.

Okay for a cheaper stay but has many cons. Staff is a bit off and won't respect you much. We were not able to connect to any WiFi network even though there are several. Bedsheets were mess and they even have a spare one to replace them. Washroom is very small. Location of hotel is okay and is at walkable distance from Golden Temple.

World worst hotel. No hot water No breakfast given as booking include breakfast. No room service No cleanliness in rooms Unprofessional management and staff. Very bad smell in room A big zero marks out of 10. Not recommended at all otherwise you spoil your tour of Amritsar. Disappointed with Agoda also from were I book this hotel.

Although by booking this hotel for budget prices, i want expecting much. But it was fairly disappointing. We came with family, so the location wasn't nice (towards the rear exit of bus stand, completely off the main road). maybe some wont mind, but we did. poor management, room allocation was not dome correctly, we had to shift rooms on the next day, smelly rooms and corridors, quick service but everything required us to call them up (basic toiletries, soaps, towels) etc. The rooms were not cleaned during the entire stay.

Very bad experience, Even staff was very rediculous, and their behaviour was not good towards their visitors. And their room conditions was bad and they have mentioned free wifi service it was also not good loose connectivity after every 5 minutes. Their tv connection also bad , stop working after 1/2 half an hour In OYO app they have mentioned that they have kitchen in their rooms but at visit, they only kitchen services not kitchen. MY personal review is that stay at your own risk.

No maintenance.. Rooms are dirty and bathroom is too small.. Ac doesn't work properly.. They cut the power off sometimes from outside.. and very bad behavior of manager really made us exhausted and leave the hotel in just a day. And it is quite far from Golden Temple.

Worst service ever. Dont even know how to talk to customers properly. No services. No management. Worst hospitality ever we've got. i suggest no one should prefer this hotel to stay. Too much of attitude. Took 2 hours to prepare our breakfast.!!

Very average hotel, with average amenities. Suitable for low budget customer. Power fluctuates during night times. My camera and mobile phone charger burnt in this hotel. Geyser is not working properly. Surroundings not cleaned properly.
