Very nice hotel and good person at the Reception. He was so kind and he let us choose based on the available rooms. He patiently showed 5 rooms and their rates asked to choose . Helpful and kind person who guided us to near by hotels . Thank you. I recommend this hotel for stay and they also have good Banquet halls of 50 and 100 pax.

Good hotel near Amritsar station. There is scope of improvement in complimentary dinner. Breakfast is fine.but dinner is not served in restaurant in buffet manner rather it is served in room which restricts the options of food.

Recently had a business trip to Amritsar and stayed at Hotel Siraj castle. Hotel Shiraz Castle is a decent choice for business travelers who prioritize location and budget. While it may not offer luxurious amenities, the spacious rooms and central location make up for it. Despite being located on a busy road, the hotel arranged for roadside parking, making it convenient for guests (You just need to handover vehicle keys) Staff is very cooperative and don’t do much unnecessary formalities 5/5 for staff behaviour. However some rooms are moist and smelly except top tiers and they are perfect. Food is delicious however don’t have much options but you can have it on regular without causing any unease. Overall stay for 2 weeks was satisfactory.

Very bad experience..service was very poor there is no availability of breakfast on time.. there is only two families in hall but they are unable to serve on time… food was cold.. servies is too slow…room is full with mosquitoes and cockroaches… a big no to this hotel ❌

Wrost Experience.. Hotel Staff has no value of their guests. I stayed for business trip. They booked my room before 7 hrs. I call at hotel. But the room I got was too smelly and dirty as I have to check out in mid night. I asked to change the room . But I have told to check out as no other room it there. Washroom are also unhygienic.

Very Bad hotel.staff is very rude. Room are not maintained. When we request for change the room they said no room available and at 12.00 am we change the hotel. But staff behaviour is very bad.never recommended this hotel.
