Treebo Premium The Mustard Inn, Lawrence Road

Hotel is conveniently located at city’s prime location of Lawrence Road. I booked my room online, check-in was quick and easy. Staff is polite and helpful when needed. Clean room with big windows, proper cleanliness. Car parking is away from site but valet is available to park and bring car. Good restaurant options right inside the hotel.

Don’t come in The Pax In mustard Room service is very bad , No necessary item not in room - you firstly Call the reception for towel, dental Kit , soap everything. Food is also late for take order and food delivered time 55min. Overall don’t come with family in this hotel . Service is very very very bad

Amazing hotel in Amritsar......good location , warm hospitality , decent behaviours of staff members specially name Amit person , pleasure environment, cleaning and other basic services are very brilliant ....overall super management and food served here is delicious 😋. Had a very good experience over here.... highly recommended 😃

My family had very comfortable stay. I had taken breakfast and dinner package. Food was awesome and sufficient. On our request they provided some items. Staff were very courteous and prompt.

Absolute waste of money. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. The restaurant service was terrible. We went inside the restaurant and the staff did not get up the chair for good 5 minutes until I had to get up and tell him to turn the Ac and lights on and serve us some water and give the menu. Upon asking for the menu they denied us saying they have a private dinner coming soon. Please note we went at 6:30 and the restaurant was empty till 8:30pm. The rooms were unspeakably awful. Tiny cockroach everywhere including the toilet paper roll. There was an unpatched hole on the wall for the TV wires which made it possible to peep into the neighbouring room. We were 3 girls and a couple in total of 2 rooms and there was only 1 towel in each room. Called the reception to ask for more and they asked us to look again that there must be 3 there as if we are blind. And for the second room, they did not pick up the call at all and upon going down to them ourselves they told us that the reception phone has difficulty receiving calls. Here’s an idea, shut the hotel down and go home. The toilet bidet pipe was broken. The water took ages to drain after a quick shower and the corridors stank of some public toilet smell When discussed with the manager all he did was say sorry. Never coming back. Never recommending it. Having it black-listed by our travel agents.

The rooms were looking dirty with leaky walls. The rooms were smelling unpleasant..The food and service was ok..The bathroom flush was nit working properly. The remote key was useless..Overall impression was poor.. So don't recommended
