Very Good Hotel. Staffs were very friendly. Owner of Hotel himself came to receive us In night to avoid any trouble to us.

Resturant of the hotel was nice but food was no so good. Rather hotel rooms were very good. Food of the hotel restaurant need to improove and rates too accordingly.

Booked 3 rooms for a period for 10 days. 2 queen sized rooms and a family room. I felt like the rooms were not as clean and 'beautiful' as shown in the pictures. Firstly, the difference between the queen sized room and the family room is not much as its practically the same size with an extra bed added. Secondly, the fan in my family room had so much of thick dust, so that was disappointing too. Some places had dust and the I felt like cleanliness in general could be improved. The 'rooftop' breakfast was alright, food was served hot but again, place was not clean and looked a little dead. However, some plus points to the stay was that the staffs were very friendly and accommodated to many of our requests. The manager also lent me his sim card so I could have data when travelling in India. The location is also very prime as it is near all the main attractions and getting tuk tuk's is very easy. Also don't forget to ask your complimentary water for free on a daily basis.

We have booked a confirmed booking from agoda..even all payment done. And it was non refundable booking ..Money all wasted ..When we reached property they told its not confirmed and they have no room available It was looking they have all information but they were not responding.... they give your room to person if someone offers them more even if you have confirmed booking.. can u feel the chois and struggle that person has to face that time .its a real experience don't ever trust fab hotels .it's a big NO NO from my side...Therese are lot of other hotel also pls explore them ....

I recently stayed in this beautiful place very close to the Gurudwara, it was clean and had good rooms and overall experience was quite satisfying. The food here was top notch !! Loved it

The location was perfect, close to the Golden Temple. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and hygienic. The staff were polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast was tasty and filling

We got fooled by the photos. Only the decoration was nice otherwise the room was full of spiderwebs and dirty. Bedsheets and washroom was dirty was well. We were supposed to let them know when we need the AC on but they did not switch it on despite the request. Breakfast is supposed to be served as from 08.30 but when we called the Reception we were scolded saying no one said 08.30, it will be served at 09.00- 09.15. Not recommended.
